There is a possibly habitable planet orbiting Alpha Centauri A

The habitable zone near Alpha Centauri A is a planet, where humans can create a colony. This planet would also turn the mysterious radio signals from Proxima Centauri to new light. This thing makes also the possibility to re-evaluate the possibility to make the interstellar flight to Alpha Centauri after a couple of generations. But the thing that we must realize before we are making any colonies on another planet. If we will pollute our planet, the risk is that we will continue that thing on that new planet, and this thing causes problems.

The journey to Alpha Centauri would take about thousands of years if we will use the existing technology. So if we want to make the journey to the nearest solar system, what we know, and what locates about the 4,5 (actually 4,367) light-years away from us, we must reserve the 9 years for one way trip, and the journey between our solar system and back takes 18 years if we are using Daedalus, the most conventional and easiest to build version of the interstellar spacecraft, what is planned in many theoretical types of research.

The hypothetical Daedalus can reach 50% of the speed of light if it uses antimatter.

The Daedalus, which uses helium 3 (In the image above liquid hydrogen LH²) as the fusion fuel for the fusion engine, burns fuel pellets by using laser rays that could reach a maximum of 25% of the speed of the light. That project would be the most enormous spacecraft, whatever created if it is done someday. The helium for that system is taken from the atmosphere of Jupiter.

But there is the possibility to use the helium ions, what are He²⁺ , and impact them with the chlorine anion Cl⁻ or Sulphur S²⁻ anions. in this case, the electromagnetic pull between ions would make it possible to use a lower energy load to make the fusion. The helium ions can replace N⁺ ions, which can take from the atmosphere of Earth. The fusion requires the nuclear reactor for maintaining it.

What if we will replace fusion fuel by using metal balls, where is stored antimatter. When the antimatter would touch the wall of the metal ball, that thing can turn the entire mass of that structure into energy. Another version of the antimatter engine is that the high-voltage electrons will shoot in the engine through the high-power electric field, which turns them into positions. Then those positrons would impact with electrons or negative ions, which would pull positrons to them.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials.
