If we want to find the absolute truth, we must find the evidence, and that kind of things are really difficult things. When somebody comes to the courtroom, that person would tell, that the fault was that inmate, who is sitting on the chair of prosecuted. This is the fictional example of how human brains work, and I have read it from some magazine.  But then that person starts to tell that other person made something unexpected during the situation, like accelerated speed, while the charged person came to the main road from behind the triangle.

That thing means that the person who is charged got hit to the right side of the vehicle, but another person accelerated the speed and the distance was safe when the turning was done. Without evidence that case would be difficult to the solute. The thing is that we cannot know who is telling lies if there are no marks for the burning rubber what is the mark of the fast accelerating or something like that. In that case, would the person confess about being guilty, but then the mind would change.

In fact, in the mind of the person, who came in the front to another vehicle behind the triangle, would create in the mind the model, where another person is guilty anyway, and this kind of things are really dangerous. That inmate would start to tell the stories about the acceleration of another vehicle and cause very bad problems to the opposite side.

This is one thing, the law doesn't mean a thing when the person would feel to be on the right side. And the behavior would be pumped full of energy when that person stands in the bar with the whiskey glass and surrounded by friends, who are supporting that story, without even seen what has been happened. Or they haven't even seen that accident car. But this thing, what might feel really nice could cause problems for the opponent.

Why the codename of the project changed two times?

PROJECT SIGN was established in 1948, and it predicted two other projects, which were named as GRUDGE and BLUE BOOK. The official truth is that SIGN just changed its name and the government wanted to investigate the Foo-fighters or UFOs, how we like to name those objects.

But there is a problem with the codename of that program, and sometimes somebody asks, why the codename of that project was changed? US Air Force claims that the Blue Book was officially closed in the 1960s when the Hynek's report was sent to Congress. And the thing is that 2% of the cases, what was researched remained unknown.

When we are thinking about the spiritual programs, we might first think that the ghosts and spirits do not exist. The thing, what fascinated the men, who established that project was the cases, when the blind architects and another kind of people have planned palaces and cathedrals, and the question is "how those people confessed the customer, that they can do the thing, what they promised. But then we might remember that the interest and object of Sing-project were investigating the things, what are called the religious Signs. Those cases have caused very effective things during history.

One of those Signs was the vision of the Constantine the Great, what told to Roman emperor, that by painting crosses in the shields they could win the battles. Before he sends his men to battle Constantine claimed to see the cross in the sky, and that thing has been sometimes classified as the UFO sign. And the things like St. Paul's vision has been sometimes classified as the abduction.

Also, there have been signs, what are made people make things like massive cathedrals around the world. That kind of signs must be very effective and make a very big influence on the people because they have started to make churches in those places. And the people who were working for the Sigh-project asked, would you make cathedral because some child claims to see Virgin Mary?

The interest might be targeted to things like the vision of Constantine the Great

When we are thinking about the vision of Constantine the Great, we must remember that this case was violent. He was the soldier, who lead the army, and that means that the soldiers of Constantine were also violent, and that thing would be against the rules of the Holy Bible.

But then the Constantine made the Christianity the state religion in the Roman Empire, and after that, the Christianity justified European leaders to conquer another country, and the way to read the Holy Bible was that only people, who had rights were Christians. Other were dogs, and their role was to work in gold mines for the Kings.
