Constitutional state and populism

Populists say that independent justice system would not serve democracy, because judges are living far away from reality. Normally the argument for that is that judges make solutions, which is not in the line with common opinion. In many arguments, the judge is the government official, whose mission is to serve the state as well as the police organization. And sometimes I have heard opinions that when the prosecution has been raised against foreign people, those people just should kick off from the country because the legal proceedings are just a waste of money. 

That kind of argumentation is sometimes very effective for the "regular people", who have not have to see things, what they don't want to see. And this kind of thing the argument about the laws, what are criminalizing things like homosexuality and another kind of that, whom person self cannot effect. 

But do you know, why we have a court system? Its mission is to deny the police and government officials make crimes. If we would not have neutral trials, where also persecuted people have a chance to defend themselves, the officials would try to put their illegal acts to other people's fault. 

The thing in the populism is that it is a very good tool in the hands of the politicians. We must remember that the destruction of the Warsaw Pact caused the new kind of information technology, which allowed people to communicate with together without state control. 

And new popular politicians revolutionize democracy. But that advantage continues, and the problem in the ex-eastern block nations is that there has ever been a democracy. People are grown for respecting or rather saying obey the government, and they have ever been in the world, where the politician is the same kind of person as they are. 

They are not adjusted to the public decision-making process, and because of the rights like gathering are new, the politicians use that kind of thing for making their position stronger. When we are thinking about people's relationship with governments, we are seeing one very interesting thing, and that is that police is more confessing in the eyes of the people than some judge, who gives the convictions in the closed rooms. 

In the past, some people had an attitude, that when police arrested people, that person was convicted at the same moment. The model was taken from Mickey Mouse cartoon, where police take criminals to prison right away when they are put to the handcuffs. This is the problem with publicity. When the police would arrest people, the interest in the case ends. People thought that the person was convicted right away, and they were ever returned. 

This happened in countries like Finland, where the press was free, at least if we would compare the situation to the Eastern block. And in Eastern block the political arresting caused that people believe, that police ever made mistakes. In fact, in some criminal cases, the officials raised two prosecutions, another was about normal crime, and the second one was a political crime like agitation. And the person left to jail anyway, what made sure that police must ever confess that it makes mistakes.

Authorities are necessary for making society working and people like teachers must have the authority to tell or order other people to do, what is necessary to for things like learning. Without orders, people would not learn things, and without learning things people are not learning to use criticism.

This is the thing, what we always forget when we are sitting in the home or school and look at the teacher, who tries to tell us something, what might feel unnecessary at that moment. When we are thinking the words " I want to believe", we must realize, that scientific facts are only one version of truth for us, who live in the real world.

This thing you might notice if you visit in the states like North Korea, where the official policy is that the leader of the state is the wisest man on Earth. This is the truth in those nations, and if you have some other opinions, that means that you would send to retraining center to learn how to obey the leaders of the country. This is the problem in the truth in modern time. We can look at some social media texts, and then believe them because there is mentioned some sources, and those texts might be fakes.

When we are looking at ourselves while we are reading the news or things from social media, we must ask one question: how many times we have checked those sources? Have we even check is those books existed? Or have we possible check from university, if some B.Sc. or something like that, really have that training and education, what that person claims to own.

After that have we even thought, where we have read that information? This is the thing in social media, and then we must realize something about authorities. We must realize that in working life the use of authority is right and at the same time duty for the bosses in the working place. They must give orders to their henchmen, and that is the thing, that henchmen must follow those orders.

And if henchman refuses to do what the boss has said, the thing is that the henchman must be kicked off. This is the rule, but if the boss makes the wrong decision, that means that the boss would also be responsible for orders, what that person has given.

While thinking about authorities, we all know that we must follow the rules in society, and that thing is really important. But otherwise, we must realize that authorities might use their power in for increasing own benefit in society. And when we are thinking about criticism, we must realize, that also the boss might be wrong in some things, what might have connected to the working life.

When we are thinking about authorities and science, we must remember the words, what Galileo Galilei said once. "I yeat moves". That means that when the authorities of the Catholic Church prosecuted him in the inquisition and ordered him to refuse his observations, the thing was that Galileo was right, but he was crushed by authorities, who used their force against that man.

This is the thing in the authorities, what we must remember. If our boss in the working life would say that the Earth is flat, would it make Earth flat? When we are thinking about this kind of things, we must realize, that we can have discussions about that thing, and our boss can order us to agree that kind of things.

But are they real or not, the decision is yours. But you might see that thing many books or the internet, or even climb to the roof of a high building, and see that the horizon is curving. This is the problem with the truth. If our boss believes something we might not even want to say something against that person.

So here we are coming to the base elements of the authorities. If we are thinking about the lies and other things, what we have been told during the history, we must realize that the Holy Bible is the most common book, what has been used as the cases, when people are ordering other people be silent.

And Christianity is very merciful religion, and the problem is that the acts, what inquisition made were a little bit different than what was written in the Holy Bible. Or I don't believe that the burning in a bonfire is not very merciful act even if a person has made horrifying crimes.

This is one aspect of authority. If the opinions of authority are pleasing us, we would support that thing without any criticism. Of course, the laws must be followed and the boss must have authority. But then someday we would drive Overspeed, and break the law. We might be done that thing many times, but now there is a police, who gives us the speeding ticket.

A great injustice has been done, and we might get angry. Why that police was not in somewhere else for hunting underage people, who would have alcohol in the bags? Those things are more important than following some drivers on the highway. And then we will go home and tell people, how pedantic the officer was in this time. In those cases, we have forgotten that the laws are mentioned for everybody.

Even if the officers would not stand in that place very often, that doesn't mean that we have the right to drive as fast as we want. We have forgotten that the authorities are making their job and follow that we are following the law. This is the idea of punishments. They are meant for teaching people that they should follow the law. Punishments are not nice things, but we must take them.

Every day in schools and working life are not funny. There are many times mornings when we would not even want to get up from bed, but the thing is that we have to do that thing. Even if we would have a remote working day, we must make our jobs, or our bosses would take that right away from us, or even kick us off the working community.

And those things have nothing to do with the questions is the Earth flat or does some fish swim in the oceans of Jupiter Europa-moon. Those things are meant for some other place, and in the working place, the work is in the main focus. This is the thing, what we should understand when we are in work or schools. The rules are meant for making life easier, and that's why they must be followed.

We all have sometimes got the letters or paper bites from the mailbox, and those letters are written by the angry neighbor, who claimes that we have been noisy. But there is something strange in those letters. The thing is that, if our neighbor would be disturbed, why that person would not make contact with the police?

Why that neighbor would call the steward after days when that person claims to be disturbed? That person would know, that there is nothing, what the steward can do if there is no police report of that case. So why that person would write a message to the mailbox? Is there some information, what makes that inmate believe, that there is no need for police?

Is somebody claimed that the receiver of the note is somehow incompetent? And that thing might encourage that inmate act against the law. Or maybe that person thinks, that some rumor would justify everything that is made. This kind of things are reasons, why the nursery staff is bound to secrecy because that denies the possibilities of misunderstanding.

Normally threating messages are some tangles, which are drawn to the paper very fast. And those things are normally made by a person, who is drunk or angry. But the thing is that normal people would not act like that.  They don't drop papers to the mailbox, even if they are angry. 

The way, how people use language is uncovering their training, and especially, when the high-educated person uses language, what is full of misspelling, that thing would make some people suspicious, that everything is not, how people would like other inmates to see the thing.

If the person would get a threatening letter, the thing, what the investigator would search are things like how clear those writings are. Also, the selection of words and things like is the receiver mentioned are telling, is the writer dangerous, and if the person is dangerous, what kind of training that suspect has.

The thing is that highly educated people are writing some threats to the paper is very extraordinary. And in this kind of cases, that the threated letters are well-argued and it is used nice language makes the writer of those letters is dangerous.

If the texts seem written by the plan, that thing would be alerting. Written words are stronger than spoken words, and if the person would threat some inmate by using verbal violence, there is something wrong, and those kinds of threats should take under the discussions. But if the threats are written, those things are more serious.

There have been rumors that the people, who have been family members of the social media activists have been offered cheap trips to Russia and China, and that thing has been used to force the activists to keep their mouth shut. The social media is the thing, what has been uncovered the problems in western society, as well as the problems in the authoritarian nations.

The authoritarian leaders are always offering support to each other, and this thing is one of the saddest notifications from history. When the people who were resisting the dictatorship got the power, the new rulers have used the same methods, what their predecessors have been used. The reality is that the name of the leader and the faces in the photographs on the wall have been changed, but the way to use power has stayed similar, what the ruler, what have been lost in history had.

The name of the secret police changes, but methods are the same. And the worst thing, what the nation can face is the popular dictator. Even if the first dictator is a civilized person, sooner or later would the power would go to the hands of despots, as we have seen many times in history. Sooner or later the ruler would change to the tyrant, who has started the persecutions against people, who are talking against them.

The defects in society might be kept silent by the press because it is controlled by some authoritarian leaders. The censorship of the media is a very good tool to claim people that resistance is useless, and the "reasonable" people are flexing in the prevalent situation. If a person is not reasonable, the results would be very bad. This is the agenda, how the authoritarian leaders are operating in the media. They are claiming, that they are so popular, that people should not even try to resist them.

And the weapon of those people is the "qualified journalism", as they are telling to people. If we are thinking about the agenda of qualified journalism in the point of view of religion, what is a good way to order people to keep their mouth shut, we must notice one really interesting thing in those writings, what bases on the Holy Bible. Those qualified journalists are taking only a couple of words of this book or only the parts, what are supporting their opinions, and leave the rest of it without notice.

One thing what is the most popular way to read that book is it offers authority to elder people. And in that book is mentioned that people have the right to punish their children, but the golden rule is always forgotten. That means that if a person really wants to get bitten because of the opinions or things, what are against other people opinions, means that the person must be real sadomasochist. But that kind of things is always forgotten from the so-called qualified journalist's way to write about the things.

When we are thinking about the newspapers, they have been the greatest supporters of democracy. But they have also been the greatest weapons in the hands of the bloodiest dictators in history. When we are thinking about violence and other kinds of things in history, there have always claimed that torture and another kind of things, what is made by the authoritarian police have been only the single cases, but would you feel nice, if you were one of those single cases?

The persons who own the newspaper or media-house are ruling the line of that thing. And if the trusted media house is turning to the hands of the authoritarian leaders, would the results be devastating. The problem is that buying the media houses can be done by using middlemen, and that means that the real owners would be really difficult to track. If the owner is operating behind the threads of many companies, what is registered in the multiple countries the real ruler can hide behind those threads.
