At first, I must say that if we want to estimate the "deep throats" or informees, who are working in government or claims that kind of things, we must realize that this kind of person, who would have different language what we have might misunderstand or misspell words, and that means that the things like "Vril-force" are only the misunderstanding.

Maybe some informers would mean that the "Vril-force" was some kind of highest possible motivation. And that thing might mean that the "Vril" was some kind of blackmailing operation, what used for making sure that the agents of Gestapo and Abwehr were loyal, and they don't tell things to the enemies.

How dangerous "Paperclip operation was?

The real purpose of "Operation Paperclip" which means recruitment of nazi-scientists to service of western Allies is hidden in history. Maybe the purpose of that operation was just denied the Soviets to get those avionic and other specialists in their hands. Or its mission was to find out, who sold the models of the aircraft and other military systems to Germans.

And there is theory, that some of those people were responsible for the holocaust and mass murders. There are rumors that those specialists just vanished in some nuclear tests, and maybe the evidence of those people's existence is remaining only theory when the nuclear detonator just made them vaporized. But were the tales of the vaccine- and the resistance chemicals of the nerve gasses real or are they only theories is a remaining mystery.

How dangerous that kind of thing could be? The thing is that sometimes it is believed, that Nazis used the infrasound or high power radio transmitting to take people under control and agitate them against their enemies. So what if the "nazi scientists" would make that kind of system what uses infrasound or radio waves in the USA and then start to agitate the military groups for the rebellion? This makes those kinds of recruitments very dangerous.

Maybe "Vril" was one version of the thing, what is handled in the movie "His Dark Materials". And that would mean ultimate motivation. 

When we are thinking of suggestion, we must remember that there are tales that some intelligence units have tried to make the diving reflex the thing, what would kill the operator, if that person would be captured by the enemy. This kind of thing would guarantee the ultimate loyalty of those people. But would that thing that the trigger for the effect that person will stop breathing by some word or mark be created in the real world? This is the question, that we even want to find out.

There is a myth that the "Vril" was the ultimate twins. The idea is that there would be a pair, and another one would be an operative field agent, and another would be something else. That means that the second part of those couples would make the missions in the field, and others would work as the body double.

That could be a technical solution, that two persons looked like the same. And inside the bodies of those people would put the explosive. The system would send the information that the other person was alive, and if another part of the pair is dying or the tracking signal would cut, another part of the pair would also die for covering the secret. And I certainly hope that these kind things would be the pure hoax.

But then we can think that "Vril" could mean the chimpanzees or some other monkeys, what is using the "Elka" brain core electric stimulant for controlling aircraft or something like that. If we think the electric shock devices, what are used in the mental hospitals, those systems can be connected to the radio transmitter and the person who would sit on another side could control the chimpanzee by using the EEG what will transmit to the animal. But that kind of thing is really interesting things, and there are no reports about the success of those tests.

This book is the part of Isaac Asimov's "The Foundation" series, and I will write something about this book because there is mentioned the "physic powers" of the second foundation. That thing is quite interesting because we could think the psychic powers as the research target. That book is really interesting because in the main role are psychic skills, the characters whose ability is to brainwash the people, who they meet.

At the end of the book, the member of the second foundation uses the psychic powers against another character, what has psychic skills in the cave of Trantor. This thing would make the researcher ask one very good question: is that modifying thoughts possible only at a certain place, and in that book, the place is fictional planet Trantor. In this case, the brainwashing would be made by using high-power radio-impulses.

And when we are thinking about the interesting character, The Mule in that book, we might think also this character's psychic powers were caused the figure of that thing. The character is described as the small man, who has a big nose, and that thing would explain the very extraordinary skills of that person. If in the nose of that character would have surgically implanted radiological systems in the body, that can replace or get over the normal electric functions of the targeted persons nervous system.

The mule has also the guitar- or electric organ type psychological weapon. The system might use a subliminal command system, and also the system might use stroboscope light, what would be synchronized with the alpha-waves of the EEG of the brains. That would cause epileptic diseases. And the loudspeakers could boost that effect if they simultaneous send the infra- and ultrasound what is synchronized with the flashing lights.

The system would also use the hologram for making people look at the right point, and that would make this system more effective. Also, the system can use the radio waves for causing burning injuries in the body. In fact, modern technology can make that kind of thing and in the electric organs would install the infra- and an ultrasound system.

The front end of the box would set two radio transmitters, what are making an electric arc at a certain distance. This might be the next generation system, which can be used against the masses. So this kind of technology would be really interesting and at the same time horrifying thing.
