The NAVY-Seal dogs are one version of the biorobots. Those dogs are connected to the GPS which allows following their position. And the camera system with ultra- or infrasound loudspeakers makes it the commanders possible to give precise orders for those dogs. The commands can give by using the sound file. Those files can involve sounds that humans cannot make. And the dog is trained to follow those sound signals. 

And the collar of those dogs can also install pistols. They can make their missions quite independently. And those dogs can control from another side of the Earth. If there is the possibility to give the orders by using satellite communication. That kind of system allows that the dog can operate without human assistance. When the mission is over. The helicopter can call that dog to it, and transport it back to base. 

The mission packs of those dogs can give stimulation to the nervous system. That thing makes it possible to control those dogs more accurately than just the sound files can. 

If those dogs are replaced by using wolf-dog hybrids. That would improve their ability to concentrate on the mission. They would not be interested in other dogs or wolves. That means the hybrid animals would be suitable for that kind of purpose. 

The use of cloned cells makes it possible to connect living tissue with the robot body. 

New technology is always interesting and same time frightening thing. People are afraid of new technological advantages like cloned organs. Cloning a single organ is possible by benefiting the cells and genomes of the patient. And that thing is opening new things in the medical and other things. 

Today there is possible to make membranes of the eye and teeth in laboratories. But technology is advancing. We can make cloned tissues like muscle cells in cell cultures. This means that so-called "ethic meat" is possible to create. Ethic meat means that the meat that is sold on markets is made in cell cultures. But the same thing that allows making "ethic meat" allows making artificial muscles for robots. 

In those systems, the computer is controlling the movements of the muscles. And the microchips that are put at both ends of the muscles would make them squeeze. But that system requires that artificial nerves are connected to those cells. This type of robot might look just like a human. 

But in the skull of that type of biorobot is a microchip. That microchip or BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) stimulates the nervous system. That controls the movements and other things like speech. But there is also possible to create remote-controlled animals without any kind of EEG decoding. The microchips can implant in the neck of the body. 

Where they are controlling the nerves and muscles of the body. And surgically installed robot eyes can transmit data to the control center. That is sending commands to the microchip. This kind of system needs only the knowledge of how to activate the movement nerves. 

The dog that is commanded by artificial intelligence can be the primitive biorobots. This kind of system requires the agility-trained dog and the loudspeaker. 

The "biorobots" means the biological organism that is controlled by artificial intelligence.   The easiest way to make this thing is to train the dog for guarding the house. The most simple version of this system the burglary alarm starts to play the tape. That gives the dog order to neutralize the intruder. 

But more complicated computer programs and interactive sensors can give the dog more precise orders. In the dog is the recognition tool like a microchip, which is located by using the movement detector. The recognition of the intruder bases on the thing that there is no access code with that object. The accuracy of the system depends on how accurate information it can get. Or of course, the surveillance cameras can observe the dog. 

Then the sensor will detect the intruder and then the computer starts to give commands to the dog. Or the system would also follow the gestures. That means the person who has access to give commands must just make symptoms to air, and then point the finger to the target. And then the dog will start to protect the owners of the house. In this version, the system can use face recognition. And it can follow the marks of the people. 

In the collars of the guarding dogs can be the remotely controlled loudspeakers. And the action cameras that can send data to controllers. But those collars can also have pistol-caliber weapons in their system pack. That kind of thing can be launched remotely controlled. 

In the most complicated version of this system, the dog has an action camera in the collar. That camera transfers data to the central computer by using wireless systems. Then the system that is in the collar would start to give orders to the guarding dog. 

The system can use artificial intelligence that combines the data that comes from every sensor. And the system can give the dog precise orders, how to close the intruder. The requirement for the success of that thing is that the dog is trained for following commands. 

The human operators can give those commands as well as an automated system. And in the collar of those guarding dogs can have weapons like small-caliber pistols what the controller who can be human or the launching of those things can be made also automatically. Aiming for those weapons will happen by using the TV image on the computer screen or mobile device.

At first, I must say that if we want to estimate the "deep throats" or informees, who are working in government or claims that kind of things, we must realize that this kind of person, who would have different language what we have might misunderstand or misspell words, and that means that the things like "Vril-force" are only the misunderstanding.

The real purpose of "Operation Paperclip" which means recruitment of nazi-scientists to service of western Allies is hidden in history. Maybe the purpose of that operation was just denied the Soviets to get those avionic and other specialists in their hands. Or its mission was to find out, who sold the models of the aircraft and other military systems to Germans.

And there is theory, that some of those people were responsible for the holocaust and mass murders. There are rumors that those specialists just vanished in some nuclear tests, and maybe the evidence of those people's existence is remaining only theory when the nuclear detonator just made them vaporized. But were the tales of the vaccine- and the resistance chemicals of the nerve gasses real or are they only theories is a remaining mystery.

How dangerous that kind of thing could be? The thing is that sometimes it is believed, that Nazis used the infrasound or high power radio transmitting to take people under control and agitate them against their enemies. So what if the "nazi scientists" would make that kind of system what uses infrasound or radio waves in the USA and then start to agitate the military groups for the rebellion? This makes those kinds of recruitments very dangerous.

Maybe "Vril" was one version of the thing, what is handled in the movie "His Dark Materials". And that would mean ultimate motivation. 

When we are thinking of suggestion, we must remember that there are tales that some intelligence units have tried to make the diving reflex the thing, what would kill the operator, if that person would be captured by the enemy. This kind of thing would guarantee the ultimate loyalty of those people. But would that thing that the trigger for the effect that person will stop breathing by some word or mark be created in the real world? This is the question, that we even want to find out.

And I certainly hope that these kind things would be the pure hoax.

But then we can think that "Vril" could mean the chimpanzees or some other monkeys, what is using the "Elka" brain core electric stimulant for controlling aircraft or something like that. If we think the electric shock devices, what are used in the mental hospitals, those systems can be connected to the radio transmitter and the person who would sit on another side could control the chimpanzee by using the EEG what will transmit to the animal. But that kind of thing is really interesting things, and there are no reports about the success of those tests.

Masses are easy to manipulate. This thing raises the Nazis and Communists in the leadership in their countries. The idea was that the public image was every person was a member of the leading party, and if the mark of the membership was not found, that kind of person can be violated. And those people were, of course, show their strength to other persons. The membership of the group guaranteed the feel of strength, and the group, which were supporting and defending their own.

If people are in groups, what is surrounded by the militaristic group, they would always afraid. And then they are easy to take control of. Human is the group animal, and if in that case would rise the leader, that person can make other people able to follow the orders without criticisms. The force of the mass is just made some group feel that they are powerful, and also create an image in the mind, that everybody is following that leader.

The idea of mental manipulation is to make people think, that the ideas, what other people are giving are their own. When we are looking at things like Nazis, we must wonder, why brilliant geniuses were followed those bloody dictators? Why they created the aircraft like GO-229, what was the most revolutionary design in history.

If we are thinking V-2 (A-4) rocket as the conventional weapon, that thing doesn't have a very big effect on the war. it was too complicated and difficult to make, but if that rocket were equipped with Anthrax cultures, that weapon could turn to the most brutal weapon of mass destruction, whatever created, and this makes those people dangerous. They are not thinking like normal persons. But how people are serving the dictators by giving them all their time and energy for making new kinds of tools to handle things.

The answer is the mind control

The mind control is one version of the thing, which is called marketing. in this method, the person would start to obey or serve the leader of the group without excuses. That means that the person would grow in the environment, where the state or ideology is the thing, what is filtering and polarizing all information.

 And all accepted opinions are the things, that are accepted by the rulers of the state. In this method, the main elements are similar to Pavlov's method, which bases gifting and punishments. The key thing is that if the person would please the supervisor, that would give a gift and if a person would cause disappointment, the supervisor would give punishment. This is the normal brainwashing method, which is used in the Korean and Vietnam wars.

In those wars, the prisoners would be kept without sleep, and they must learn some part of Mao's Little Red Book and repeat it from memory. And if there are mistakes, the person would get punishment, because the lessons or homework were not made properly. This thing makes the brainwashing very dangerous. If a person is tired, the mind is willing to get the information and the human mind is created for pleasing authorities. In this method, the dugs are not used, because of the abstinence syndrome would make the "therapy".

The idea is to make the thinking robot

The brainwashing is one version of psychotherapy. The idea of the punishment is that the supervisor cannot be connected to the punishment. One version is that the prisoner would just take out, and washed with water. The wet clothes are uncomfortable. If the person would please the clean clothes would be given, and the guards will smile, as you might see. But modern technology makes this method more effective. When I'm looking at things, what people like creators of the nuclear weapons have created, I think is it possible to make the well-trained architect or engineer make things, what are against the peace?

The idea of mental manipulation would be fascinating and at the same time horrifying. People would think that their opinions are their own, but the fact is that those ideas might be created by using mental manipulation. Making people serve voluntary the government is the idea in this kind of case.
