In this case, the other side of the wings of the generator would paint black, and it would be in the gas, and the sunlight would make that system rotating because the generator would lay in the weightless space outside the Earth gravity. It could be used in some satellites, but on the Earth this system is useless, and that's why it is in series of "theoretical power source". But if it works, that thing would allow creating extremely small size satellites.
