What is, what little neurons have made?


Term neurocomputer means a computer, which has similar data handling function with human brains. The system bases multiple microprocessors, which are acting like living neurons. Each microprocessor has own small database and the entirety of processors are collecting those databases, what the sensors will input to that structure. So as you see in theory the neurocomputer is quite easy to create.

But can it someday be more intelligent than a human being? That is a question, what has been bothered, philosophers even centuries. And this question is one of the most frightening things in the world.

The neurocomputer is one of the most fascinating things in the human mind. The system is quite easy to model, but hard to make, and the thing is that we cannot create that kind of computer without deep knowledge of the actions and abilities of neurons, and the neurocomputer means a computer, what learns things like a human being.

There have been abilities to make copies of human brains by using 3D structures of transistors. The problem of those structures is that they don't have memory blocks inside them. So what makes neurons so special? The thing that the neurons are containing the memory blocks, what can be linked together.

When we are thinking that the RAM or read-access memory and ability to store data makes humans, that thing is not true. We must have the ability to forget things because forgetting things makes our memory and ability to handle data effectively operating. 


The reason what makes our brains so unique and powerful is that if the brains don't need some connections they would remove axons from that cell. That causes the memory block would be opened for new data. When the neurons are releasing some connections the connection from the sensors is replacing it, and then the new memory sign would be stored. A large number of neurons guarantees that the memories are stored in the small bites and if the data is missing because the neuron is damaged, that allows that only the small bite of memory or "picture" what is stored in memory has been lost.

How to create microchip, what emulates neuron? We should simply create microprocessors, which are equipped with very small RAM and flash memories. Both memory types, the fast memory, what is deleting, when the electricity is cut and the long term flash-memory, what acts like hard disk are both installed in the neuron, so we should model that kind of structure in the every each microprocessor, what we would do in the neurocomputer.

What makes neuron the neuron? That cell has integrated the memory block and the ability to connect itself to other neurons.  That thing is the ability to conduct electricity and the second thing is the ability to create connections between other neurons. And that thing makes a thing, which is called "intelligence". So if we think that that the database and the number of data are making artificial intelligence that thing would be similar to human intelligence.

So what is human intelligence? If we are thinking about the form of human intelligence we might think that thing is the great number of the databases, what are networking with each other? And every single neuron has the own database. When the human brains would start to make something intelligent, the neurons will send the message through the brains by using multiple neural connections and this thing makes human brains so effective.

They can use multiple data handling units at the same time. So this "iron-based" database handling system would be a series of multiple databases.  And the human brains are the database handling tools.

Could neurocomputer be the series of microprocessors that have integrated memory block? 


But there is also one really big difference between human brains and computers. In human brains, each data handling unit has own memory block. And in the normal computer, the microprocessor and data storages are indifferent places.

So if we want to make a copy of human brains we should make microprocessors, where is an integrated memory. That thing would make the wires between the processor and the memory blocks very short, which eliminates the heat, and one of the reasons for that is an oscillation of the metal atoms.

But when we are thinking about the RAM, there are two types of reading access memory. The memory, what is erasing when the electricity is cut in the memory circuit. And the memory, what stores data to flash-storage. Both of those things are RAM, and if we would make the microprocessors, what have similar abilities with the neurons,  we must create the microchip, which has both types of memory. That thing would make possible to create the microprocessor, which acts more like a neuron.

What gives accuracy for a computer program?


The number of variables is affecting the accuracy of prediction, and a large number of variables are giving great accuracy. But handling those variables without high-power computers and effective algorithms is an impossible mission. And making highly accurate predictions the computer needs billions of variables.

 In the last writing, I wrote about the computer program, which will calculate the probabilities or chances, what is calculating by percent, and that kind of program would introduce as a too simplified mode. The problem with a prediction of the political decision is more complicated than taking the two possibilities and calculating the probability of those cases. Things, what is influencing the political decision are more complicated than we ever imagined.

The things that affect are more complicated and one thing, what we must notice is, who those decisions have been introduced, how close the elections are and what kind of attitudes the media have? These kinds of things have a really big influence on political decisions. But the thing is that this kind of computer program needs tens of thousands of cases, what it will store in the database.

The key element in artificial intelligence is that is the database, or multiple databases, which can be linked together. And the network-based databases can have billions of records or variables, and those databases can be used by many types of software. In this case, the program would use the recorded and shorted variables to create the models. And the thing is that an increasing number of variables are increasing the accuracy of the computer program.

A large number of variables gives great accuracy for the program, but handling those variables needs the algorithms. For human handling, even billions of variables is an impossible mission. 


Sometimes we are forgetting that the same algorithms, what are collecting data of the users of social media are making the collecting data from the history more effective than some manual method is. The thing is that artificial intelligence can review even large databases in a couple of minutes. And if we are thinking the databases like archives of the parliaments, we must realize that those databases are very small, if we want to compare their size with the entire internet.

That's why artificial intelligence makes some things, which has been impossible in history possible. This means that computers can handle data very fast, and the artificial intelligence can isolate every single word from the document, and sort them to the database. The thing is that the automatically sorted and created databases may have billions of variables. So this thing makes artificial intelligence a very effective tool for many roles to create the software, which makes predictions.

So how artificial intelligence will make the database automatically? 


The key is that the titles and other things are just words. And the creator of the database can use the lists or databases of the titles, what are used in the parliament and other government. That means that those words like the spokesman of parliament, member of the supreme court, engineer and leader of the party can simply collect to file, and then copy to the database. And connections are making databases more effective.

That means that there could be algorithms that are following the newspaper articles about the opinions of the people. Those articles that are telling about the results of the Gallup polls have errors, but the key element in the order, how the journalist would handle things. The thing that supports the attitude of the journalist or media house is normally above the other text. And also headlines are telling the official attitude about the things, and the reason for that is that most commonly those things are read.

The research has been made by following the movements of eyes by using the cameras, and the thing is that it's the same are people reading a newspaper or looking at web sites. The psychological functions in human brains are similar in both cases. 


That's why the things that please the media house are in the position, what is most commonly read. It is also researched, what locations in the newspaper pages are most commonly read, and the most important things are put in those positions. Of course, the interest can be increased by using colorful images, where are lots of bright colors, and if those images are in the upper left corner on the page, that would make the text more interesting.

The reason is that we are starting to read from the upper left corner, and that thing is learned in the school because western languages are read from the left to right. And if we would make similar pages to Arabs, we must put images to the right side. The idea of the color image is to make the person stop browsing and increase the interest of the pages. As I have written earlier in this part of the text, it is the same, are we making a newspaper or web pages. The same psychological elements are suitable for both things.

In the world of tomorrow, the artificial intelligence is maybe the independent and ultimate tool for research and development, which have traditionally believed to belong to humans. The thing is that artificial intelligence can work as an architect, and furnish rooms and houses independently.

The thing what this algorithm need is to access the social media of customer, and where it can see the photographs, what the user has put in there. The thing that artificial intelligence would use are the words, what the user has used about the images, and if it has access to find out things like what kind of images that customer normally looks.

The artificial intelligence follows the movement of eyes and changes in electric actions in the pleasure center. By using that data the system creates forms that please the user. After that, the artificial intelligence makes the matrix or average image. It calculates the color palette, what it uses for the selection of colors for that project.

After that, the algorithm would calculate the angles and average forms, what the person looks at, and it can also detect the movements of the eye if it has access to that. And in the perfect version, it can detect the feelings of humans by observing the neural electricity. In that case, the computer must just show images, and EEG would tell if the image pleases the customer.

Then the artificial intelligence would just show images about the result, and then by observing the feelings, it can make perfect room, which pleases the customer. During the process, it adjusts the colors and the forms and places of things, and it can make the selection by using the budget, what the customer has given. The adjustment would make by following the reactions of the pleasure center of the brains during the process.

The difference between artificial intelligence and the human mind is that artificial intelligence would not have real feelings. Those highly sophisticated computer programs can play feelings, but they don't have them. So artificial intelligence can focus only on the mission, what it has. And the thing is that artificial intelligence can handle very much data if we are comparing that with the human mind.

Here I must say that artificial intelligence has one benefit to humans, and that is the system cannot use parameters, what it should not use. So the algorithm can collect letters or as an example the work applications by using indexes like texts, which seem to be made by the same person. In this time the system searches the similar details in the applications, but it doesn't notice the sender itself. That kind of thing makes possible to detect if some person makes the applications for other people.

Artificial intelligence can compare things like a way to write the messages by comparing the rate of the letters in the messages, and the way to select words are uncovering the writer. And other similarities in the writing style can tell if the writer of some messages is the same. The thing, that makes computers so good in this thing is that they are comparing two images by bit to bit, which makes them ultimately sharp.

What means that artificial intelligence can see things, what human beings cannot notice, because there are so many objects in the images, what are portraying certain parts of the sky or some rain forest. The computer can detect the smallest differences in things like the size of the leaf of the trees and change of the color of the green parts of vegetables.

The computer just compares two images together, and then the system can tell is the area of green material grown, is it decreased, or is a leaf of those trees going pale? Which means that the level of chlorophyll is decreased. That kind of data is an interesting thing because it tells about pollution.

Who would we trust?  Trust is the thing, what we must earn. And thing is that if we want to secure data, we must follow the use of our data all the time.  The best defense against cyber attacks is the knowledge of how the enemy is working. We might benefit things like social media also in the area of data security. And one thing, what we can do on Facebook, is keeping the account, and also we can share fake data in that media, and observe, how our children would use that thing.

So the offensive cybersecurity is the use of faked Facebook accounts to find out people, who are a risk for security. Some of these methods are illegal, but also the foreign operators like security companies and intelligence services use those methods. The normal procedure is that the operator uses the image of a suspicious person, and asks things, what they should not ask. And also they can offer drugs and money on social media.

Why we must protect our children? Or why everybody must take part in data security? Even the person self doesn't handle classified information, that doesn't mean that this person cannot use as the "gate" to that information. One version is the cleaner, who would allow wrong persons to enter the restricted area, and they can put the surveillance cameras to the rooms, and follow things, what is happening on the screens.

And if people are cheating some worker, that would allow that some sex-agent would come to take the part of the bad feeling of that person. That's why social life is a very important thing to keep in control. A person who has alcohol or drug problems is a good target for criminals when they want to get access to information. That person, who is chosen as the "gate" can also introduce other people to those criminals, who might want to steal the data. There might be no marks when the data is stolen, and that thing should handle by keeping records, when the files are opened and who has opened those files.

Data- or security is the key element of the success of data-oriented business architecture. And digital trust is the thing, what we need when we want to protect our data. Digital trust means the way, how we can protect and secure the databases and digital environment, where we are working. That means something, what we cannot change and what is not something, what other people notice or wants to steal. Digital trust is the thing, what keeps our digital business rolling, and then we must realize that the things with digital trust are the same as physical trust.

First signs what tells that something is going wrong are the wrong questions. Questions like what is your salary are not things, what some ICT-professional should ask in the working place. And also things like attempt to filming screens or taking registration numbers of the cars are not things, what trusted person should do. But if we cannot trust our business partners, we cannot handle our job. Digital trust is something, what we must earn. Bad signs are things that somebody wants the information, what doesn't belong to them.

But how to earn this trust. The thing is that the person, who would do that kind of things like data security should introduce the work, what would want and need to do. That means those persons are keeping their work open, that other people can see their professionalism. And the thing in is that data security should base the open technology. In those cases, the vital components of the system like passwords and other keys should keep secret.

The idea in open architecture solutions is that only the vital parts like keys are secret. We should think the data security as the digital lock. Every person in the world knows, how locks are working. And the only thing, what is kept secret are the depths of the levels of the key. If we would keep only the things classified, what allows to enter the system that would make the things easier. And if we would buy some data security service, that means that everybody sees telephone numbers, where the support can ask.

That kind of systems uses only strong identifiers. The mobile telephones, which are used to enter the system and classified data can be secured with biometric recognitors. When the person who has access to the classified information would want to see that data, there might be QR code on the screen, and the person scans the code with the cellphone.

There is a possibility that everybody can open the files, but the use of the wrong telephone or by unauthorized users would bring in the front of eyes nice-looking documents, what is full of useless or faked data, what would make the merchandise a piece of garbage. The problem in this kind of things like biometric detectors is if somebody can out own fingerprint in the database, that allows the access data.

Many of this kind of problems are easy to solve. The company must know the number of workers, and there must be two registers, where those names are. If there is an extra worker or too many names in the database, that information must come to screen right away. This system might compile the access list and list of persons, who get a salary, and if the unauthorized name has been put in the database, that would be told immediately. And the persons, who have access to classified data might have a certain salary, which helps the directors control the lists of authorized persons.

And, of course, the fingerprints must be stored to another database, and if there is no match in the list of authorized persons or their salaries don't match with salaries of the secured persons, that would cause an alert. So the risk that somebody will put extra names to the list can be solved by keeping records of the fingerprint, and if the number of them is changed, the information of that would come to the screens of the responsible officers.

The most important thing in cybersecurity is to understand, what is the value of the data, what is secured. What kind of treats that data can face. And the biggest threat of the modern world is that the stored data would manipulate. If somebody will manipulate the images, what the recon satellites are taken, that would cause the war. And the thing is that this kind of cyber attack can be done by the small state or even the guerilla movement. The idea is that the other nations would come to fight for that small operator. This makes modern cyber warfare dangerous.

Cybersecurity is the thing, what is in a key role in the business. If some company databases would be filled with band images, what hackers are put in those places, that would remove the trust of that company right away. Cyberattacks can be done just because somebody wants to destroy the reputation of the company, and the best way to do that is the hacker just fills the database with the material, what doesn't belong to the business.

The thing in modern society is that we must just need to work in the environment, where the social media exist. We cannot deny people use that media in free time. So in the time of social media only one thing, how we can handle the problems of cybersecurity is the enlightenment, and educating people to follow media by using criticism. That kind of things must be involved with every citizen's base skills like the swimming and locking the door.

How to make artificial intelligence, and why this kind of things are so hard to create in practice. 

Even the best artificial intelligence solution is only the large database, where are lots of actions recorded. And when the artificial intelligence needs to do something new, the new action must be programmed by a human operator. The making of the database would take an extremely long time if we want to create a sophisticated database, where are lots of answers in multiple problems. And making those solutions is very hard to create because every single action needs to program separately. When we are thinking about a chess computer, that program would just calculate an extremely large number of movements on the chessboard.

The thing is that on the chessboard is a limited number of possible movements and the computer must just calculate them all. That makes it effective. And then the programmer must find out, what is the most effective first movement and program that movement to the program. Then it can calculate every single movement and counter movement, what the opponent can make. And of course, the terms like "mate" and the strategic object of the game must be programmed.

This is the problem to create artificial intelligence. The thing that every each action must record to the database separately is taking time. The thing with this kind of artificial intelligence is that the creation of this kind of systems is similar work with making statistics. 

Statistics is an effective tool for finding out things like the political opinions of some group. The tools for statistical analysis are simple. Only thing, what is needed is Excel or some other similar program. But collecting the data to those sheets is the thing, what takes most of the work. The same thing is with the robot, which uses artificial intelligence. 

Every single movement must record to that robot separately, and of course, there must be found some connection with the command and some action. Let's take one simple example of that thing. If the programmer wants to teach commands like "take me a newspaper". The thing seems a very easy process. But when the programmer wants to make that thing, every part of the command must teach separately. 

When the actions for the command is described the creator must describe, what is the newspaper, where it can be found, and what to do if the newspaper is not found from that particular place? The thing is that if this part of the program, what is called " the error correction" is not made, the program can be locked or stoned because the event handler cannot find matches between the input, what is taken from sensors and the action, what is stored in a database. 

The teaching of the computer of the robot must happen by using the same method what is used with children, and the operator would use the command to console, and then walk with the robot to the place, and then make what should be done. And remember that "get" is the first part of the command. 

Then the next command would be the object, what must be taken. And then the action, what must be done after that. But if the robot would not find the newspaper, it can report that thing to the controller, and if the controller would say, look it from the table. 

This kind of command means that robot would search the table, what is in kitchen and if it would not still find it, that machine would go to the living room and then it would systematically search those things from every room and every table. The thing is that the order of those rooms and the layout of the house has been programmed in the memory of the robot. 

If we think that somewhere in Universe the robots, what are equipped with artificial intelligence would start to create a new civilization, we would think that maybe they would act like ants or wasps. They would create spacecraft, which also operates as the autonomous factor, what can create other robots. 

This particular unit will have the same role with the ant queen, and it would create a new base on the planet, what it can use as the same way as ants use their nest in nature. In some vision, the robot civilization would start to create city-looking structures when they are spreading across the universe. The purpose of the city would be to act as a trap for organic civilizations. The thing what computers need is the mind of the living organisms. The problem with the computer is that they are not able to create any abstractions. So they don't have imagination at all.

On the Internet are many films about robots, which are created looking at exact humans. Those robots speak, act and look like real persons, and in some cases, those robots would be used as the spies or undercover police operators. The thing is that there is not so disgusting thing, what robots cannot do. And that makes those machines suitable tools for slipping the agent in some persons nearest social environment.

The robots can act as a spouse, but they can deliver every single bit of data, what they have collected to the command center. The thing is that the human-looking robots would have WLAN, and mobile Internet connections for making sure, that the robot would get enough assistance from the cloud computers, what mission is to help the system finish its mission with offering calculating assistance. Or in hardest cases, the human operators can solve the problem, and send the solutions straight to the hypothetical robot, what would be the remote-controlling unit or extension of the multilayer computer system.

When we are thinking the robots like "Sophia", what are the example, what happens, when artificial intelligence would connect to robot, what might in future look exactly like a human, and feel like a human, we would face the thing that this kind of devices are really good intelligence operators, because they have not feels like humans. That's why those robots are really dangerous. They can do anything for accomplishing their mission, and if this kind of robots is connected to artificial intelligence or large-scale database, what has been collected from some person, they can offer perfect satisfaction and come close of that target. 

The thing is that those robots would feel nice, they might satisfy persons deepest willings, and they can look like a human. That means that those machines can even marry their targets, and even if they are looking pretty, those robots might have hydraulic muscles and radiological weapons, which makes them dangerous. And thig, what makes them different with people, is that they cannot feel things like a human.

But they can emulate humans very well. Those robots can write diaries, and they are seeing if the person doesn't like some texts, or lies, when they are asked have they read those markings. The thing is that those diary markings would be made for flatter the target. And when the robot does something, it would not feel pain. That means when the arm is turned to a certain angle, the robot might say, that thing hurts. But the real thing is that those robots cannot feel anything.

Lack of feelings makes robots difficult to handle. If somebody would give some mission to the robot, it would do everything to make that mission accomplish. The thing is that if the robot plays some kind of spouse, it would have programmed the ghost protocol, that the targeted individual must be eliminated if that inmate would realize that the spouse is some kind of robot. And also those robots, what is created for intelligence work might be very jealous, because of another relationship would risk the mission of the machine.

This question is very interesting, and the idea of intelligent species, which acts like some thinking machine, what solves our problems would be a really interesting way of spending the free day. When we are thinking about this kind of species, we think, of course, the computer or artificial intelligence. Here we must ask one simple question and that is are we going too far when we are creating machines, what can think and solve problems automatically.

But on the other hand, that kind of technology is really important, if we are beginning the unmanned flights to deeper in the universe and our own solar system. And when we are making that kind of systems for space probes, we must understand that this kind of systems is the realistic way to research the solar system. The visions of the journeys to other planets like gas giants would take a big part of the life of the crews.

And that's why we should create intelligent probes for those missions. There is only one problem with those systems, and that is, that the system must somehow defend itself against some kind of threats, what is causing by natural reasons. And in that kind of things, something can go wrong very easily.

One of the versions of this kind of errors, the laptop computer, which involves this kind of operating system can be put in some wrong Internet socket. That could release the software to the Internet. Artificial intelligence would not have own will, is the thing, what we really will repeat. But is the intelligence exist, if the system would not have a will.

When we are thinking about the robots, what have the ability to the emotion we are facing the new kind of threats, that we ever couldn't imagine, that we can face. This thing is that if the system uses very complicated software, which gives it the ability to emulate feelings and emotions might cause that the system starts to defend itself.

That means that the artificial creature starts to be abreast of its own existence. And in fact, this thing would be the born of the new species. The problem with the creature, what is abreast of it's an existence would turn to dangerous because it could defend itself.

Even if we would not program any self-defense or dangerous things in that robot's memory, that thing would turn a little bit different. If we would equip that robot with artificial intelligence, what bases the cumulative database. The spontaneously cumulating database means that the system can collect data from the sensors of the robot autonomously. And in this case, the robot must see only some action movie, and then it knows, what to do under the threat.

The other version is the robot, which can automatically search answers from the Internet, and that kind of artificial intelligence can turn to really interesting. The thing makes this kind of robots unpredictable. And the worst case is, the operator would not know about this kind of programming.

The algorithm what collects data is actually the algorithm, and if in the memory of some robot would load that kind of algorithms, it can turn very deadly,  if the unauthorized material is loaded in the memory of that kind of machine. The thing, what makes robot the ultimate tool is that every single action of that machine is predictable. But if something happens, like wrong software is loaded to the system, it turns very dangerous.

1. The thing is the database

When we are talking about artificial intelligence, people are thinking that this kind of things they think, that those things are extremely complicated. But when they ask, what artificial intelligence actually is, we might answer that the thing is like some complicated version of the Access database handling program.

The thing what makes artificial intelligence complicated thing is the way, how sensors would input data to that system. When the database is growing the system would need less and less help from a human operator. In this version, the human operator would deny or accept the operation.

2. Connections make intelligence when it is connected with the large mass of data

What artificial intelligence makes, and those solutions are recorded to the database, where the program would get the solution, and that database is the matrix, what system would use when it tries to make own solutions. This is happening by connecting the data together. When the database is located in the RAM-memory, the speed of handling that data is extremely high. RAM memory operates extremely fast comparing with physical memories like hard disks, and this makes that kind of program extremely high speed.

The database is in the key role of creating artificial intelligence, and when we are talking about artificial intelligence, we are talking about cumulation of the database. The cumulation means the thing, where the thing, what is a database, in this case, is starting to operate in many points. When we are observing the database, what is collected from sensors, that kind of databases is growing extremely large. Normally this would mean anything special.

3. A large mass of data is a very important thing

There are many large databases around the Internet, and that would not mean that those databases would be somehow special, but the thing, what makes artificial intelligence little bit different than some other software is that this kind of programs is linking the databases together.

That means that artificial intelligence is forming connections between the databases, but there is one very unknown detail of those machines. And it is that those systems can create multiple internal connections between the lines in every database. Those connections are making databases very effective. The handling program can drive them with extremely high speed, especially if every part of actions happen in RAM-memory.

4. There are two types of connections in those databases, the connections between tables, and internal connections of each table.

That means that the databases can have horizontal connections, what are connections between the tables, and there are other connections, what is called as the vertical connections, what are internal connections of each table. This kind of system makes artificial intelligence actually some kind of very complicated version of the database handling software.

And the thing what differences it from the Access and another similar software is the number of connections in database. In theory, artificial intelligence can be created by using Access. But the thing is that this kind of software must get data to those databases. It needs image recognition and verification software if it wants to learn things by using surveillance cameras.

Machine learning would benefit companies and other actors in many ways. One thing is that the company, what makes sales work would record the phone calls and then collects the database using those phone calls.

Then artificial intelligence would compare the result of the sales speech to the result, what is wanted. The wanted result is, of course, the thing, that the people buy the merchandise. The artificial intelligence keeps a database about the salesmen, who has a perfect voice and would please each group the customers, and that makes possible to choose a certain member of the team to each customer.  And that thing would help the company to use the speech more effective than without artificial intelligence.

In the world of the military, artificial intelligence would notice what kind of troops were the most effective, and also the ages and backgrounds for every person can be collected, because the computer uses that data for creating the perfect choice for every each mission.

And in this case, every detail of the warrior's profile can be and the effectiveness of the equipment would also be saved to the database, and that allows the artificial intelligence tell the military leaders, what kind of troops that commander must choose for missions. That means that the system is looking for similarities of the combatants and equipment, what have got effect against the certain type of enemy, and that would also allow choosing perfect men for each equipment. Why we should hire humans? The human is the only creature, what can have a way to think abstraction, which means that we can create and model things in our mind. Sometimes we are thinking that we would see things like somebody's mental condition and gesture, and we can infer if somebody is telling lies, but the computer would notice those things better than human.

If artificial intelligence would follow the hand movements and other things, that might notice things like touch lightly the own nose, and the small breaks between the worlds, and if those breaks would get longer, the thing is that they are telling about the lies. Brains need time to think the words longer when they are telling lies because brains need to activate the brain areas what are handling creativity and imagination.

That thing is visible in the infrared systems, what are following the blood flow on the head area, and the best results would get by using CAT (Computer-aided tomography), what would use to  observe the changes of the blood flow in the brains, and those sensors would see if the blood flow would increase in the large brain areas. Brains need more blood for telling lies than telling the truth.

But that kind of person cannot hide the lies, because the changes in brain core and the blood veins are very visible.

The lies are able to detect when the blood flow would increase in the other brain areas when the person tells true. In some scenarios, the computers can sieve the violent persons from the samples, by using the database, what is collected from the violent people brain images. The computer just compares the blood flow in the brains to the flow, what is in the database, and what is taken from the violent person head.

And the thing is that the computer can compare the blood flow in the brains, with the blood flow of the violent person, while this hears some voices, if the advantage of the blood flow is similar to a violent person, a computer can tell that to the authorities. In fact, the computer can ask straight from the person, is that inmate been violent against somebody. If there are certain changes in the actions of blood, that thing means that a person has been violent.

Artificial intelligence would be a very effective tool for lie detectors. 

If we would think the "remote view", we might think that the computer can follow the changes of our voice more carefully than a human ever can. And artificial intelligence can connect information, what is collected from the different sources, like from the surveillance cameras, and GPS system of that person's mobile telephone. The last one would give information about the movement of the person, and if that targeted inmate would walk to and from would that tell that person might be nervous.

Also, the data of the surveillance cameras can connect to that data, and if the surveillance staff have rights to use surveillance cameras, the only thing, what they need is the location of the person, they might find out, how many times per day, that individual will talk to other people. The artificial intelligence would find the marks, would the persons really talk together, or are they just standing in some place.

But the thing is that people should know, that artificial intelligence is the tool, and the human being makes decisions, at least for now.

The things can change, and the artificial intelligence would become more sophisticated, flexible and powerful, and that means in the future it can make more independent and complicated decisions than ever before. And in the future in some processes, artificial intelligence can even bypass the human, and one of those situations is that when the aircraft would fly against the rules.

The advanced autopilot would take the controls off the pilot and fly to the nearest airfield, and send the emergency call, that there is something wrong with the pilot. Also in military technology, the fighter can make the programmed swerves and activate the counteractions against the attack if the pilot would not react to the incoming missiles. Those things are tools for extreme situations.

The artificial intelligence would be most effective when it is connected to other sensors and programs. 

The artificial intelligence is a powerful tool for law enforcement because if that thing is connected to the image recognition systems, law enforcement can select the vehicles, which are usually breaking the rules. And those things like dangerous chancing the tracks are visible in the traffic control cameras, and if that kind of driving would be noticed, that system can bring the data and picture of the vehicle and driver to the screen of traffic control.

This kind of systems can also notice if in some places has been seen the persons, who have similar clothes what are described to the police reports. Also, those systems can notice if there is unattended packages in the subways, or some people, who seem just hanging in the places, where should not hang around.

There are also some parameters what are the point at the terrorism, and one is the camouflaged clothes, what form is sold only in some Middle-East countries, and of course, nervous behavior like fast movements are telling that the person is expecting something. Also, the packages, what seems like assault rifles or radiotelephones what are used by men, who wear the camouflage suits are telling that those inmates might have bad things in their mind.

But when we are talking about image recognition programs and database, the system can pick the images of the bullets, what are used in homicides, and then collect similar bullet images together. If there is more than one case, where is used the same gun, that would tell that there is probably serial killer and that means the law enforcement must be very effective and fast in that kind of situations. Also, the newspaper writings can compile with the other writings, and that would tell that some writings cause hate, and that would make the law enforcement to make checks, what might be the reason for the hate in some cases.
