How robots are recognized items?

When the robot is doing something, it must recognize a thing, what it handles, or it is useless. That means that a robot must have sensors, what it uses for recognizing the things, and those sensors can be everything. The simplest way to recognize items is just put every each bite an RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) -sensor, which tells the robot what it is, and then robot just put the bite to the right basket.

This is enough if the bite should just move to one basket to another. Also, baskets can be equipped with RFID-sensors, which helps robots choose the right basket if there are multiple types of items to share in different baskets. Those things are effective, but the use of a robot is very limited and mechanic. But if there is a sensor under the table the robot hand can also pick up the item from the floor by using a very simple method.

The radio transmitters would just use triangle-metering for locating the dropped item, and the robot hand can pick it from floors. This idea is created for handling the radioactive material. The system looks at the sources of radioactive material by using the Geiger-meter, and that target can also find by using triangle metering. Then the robot cleaner can take dropped bites of radioactive material from the floors. This is one way to think about robotics.

But the thing is that if we want that robot is operating in the natural environment or on planet Mars and it should look for life, it must have a different kind of systems, what makes possible to look for fossils and other things automatically. That kind of system is needed, because, when Mars-rover would travel on that planet, it must react immediately, if it sees something, what might interest the researchers.

Artificial intelligence makes everything easier

Mars-rover must react independently if it sees something like green or something, what looks like layered stones, what might be at the waterfront. This means that the system must stop the run, and send the data to the Earth and the human operator would make a decision if the system would need to take samples or continue its journey. For that kind of mission, the system needs Lidars and cameras, which are delivering data from the object.

Those systems are modified versions of the DSMAC (Digital Scene-Mapping Area Correlation) systems, which are meant for targeting cruise missiles in their targets. In this system, which is used for searching fossils from Mars is a similar action procedure with the DSMAC systems. In the memory of artificial intelligence is stored in the images of the fossils, which is found on Earth.

And places where those fossils are also stored in the memory of those probes, and then they will compare those images with images, what are delivered by the sensors of the probes. If some images have similarities, the system would take a microscope and other images from that point, and send them to Earth for closer analyses. The artificial intelligence can make those missions easier to control.

1. Why the city of Pompeii name was not changed, when Caesar won Pompey, because Pompeii has a similar name with Pompey?

One of the most interesting thing in the name of Mount Vesuvius is could that mountain named after some ancient Roman warlord. There are long traditions about this name, but as you know, the name of that volcano seems like some Roman noblemen name, so could it be possible that in a long time before the fatal day on 24 August 79 AD.

The city was named for the enemy of Caesar, and the question is, why Romans didn't change its name. The city has an autonomic position in the Roman empire, and when it was surrounded in 89 BC.  every people of that town got Roman citizenship. The story of the road to that point began in the year 290 BC. , when that city was forced to take the position as "socii" with linguistic and administrative autonomy.

2. Why Lucius Cornelius Sulla show mercy to that town?

And after the war in 89 BC. those people got Roman Citizenship, and the question is, why Romans didn't punish that city about the rebellion? They were given many punishments and killed people for smaller actions, so why Romans show mercy for that city? When we are looking at the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, we are seeing one strange detail. Was there any family members of those people, who lived in Pompeii, who would come to search them? The city was forgotten soon after the famous eruption in  79 AD. And the thing is, why there were no people, who would keep in contact with those people, who lived in Pompeii.

Below this text is a link to the fine animation, what shows, how and when the Mount Vesuvius erupted, and the question is, why those people didn't even try to escape? And in the animation is one very interesting detail, what how the entire city can wipe out from the ground, and nobody misses those people? Didn't any captain of the ships tell that the harbor of that town, was not where it should be?

3. Why there was not even treasury hunting like in Egypt?

And didn't Romans even try to dig those people out from the volcanic ash? Or what was the reason, why the entire city disappear in history? So who were those people, who lived in Pompeii, and why nobody misses them?  The thing what makes this case interesting is that there were two cities near Mount Vesuvius, which disappears from the ground.

When we are looking at the history, Romans made tunnels to the towns of Herculaneum and Pompeii, and they stole gold and other merchandise, but there were no systematic rescue actions in this area. Maybe the explanation of the leaving those areas can be found from the Roman religion.

4. Why there were no systematic attempts to rescue people?

Because of the eruption was happen in the day, when Romans celebrated the god (or goddess) of fire, Volcanalia, the reason for the destruction of those cities might be thought to be that those people were a disappointment for that god.  When we are thinking about the name of Mount Vesuvius, we might guess the origin of that name, and sometimes I have thought that was the name of that mountain given for honor of some ancient Roman warlord?

But even today we cannot realize, why there were not made even treasury hunting in that area until 19th. century. And even today there are large areas of those towns, what remains under the ash. And many of uncovered areas are not properly documented.

5. Why nobody missed those people? 

Of course, Roman religion was different than us, and maybe they thought that Mount Vesuvius or the god of fire was unhappy because of the gifts, who knows the reason, why both cities were left under the ash. But I still imagine, why people didn't try to escape?

They have to see that everything was not fine, and if they were guarded their expensive merchandise in that situation, we must ask what they did on a normal day? Did those people take their gold with them, when they went to work?

Or did they all work at home? And in fact, the thing is that those people might be seen that there was something wrong,  and in that time people should know about volcanoes because in the Roman empire is active volcanic like Mount Stromboli and Mount Etna, and they should know, that when the mountain starts to keep voice, there is possibility that they were buried in the ash.

Alchemist worked in front of other people 

There are many paintings, which has this name, and some of those paintings are made by unknown artists, and the reason for that might be that those painters were afraid of revenge because some alchemists were wanted for witchcraft. If the painter hired the location of the witch that could cause that the painter would get the death penalty for hiring that information.

Also, alchemists didn't want that people would know that they were alchemists, and the painter wanted to hide the identity of the model and himself. Because if the alchemist has told about the experiments to the painter, that would be told to keep his own identity secret. One of the most interesting detail in this painting is, that alchemist reads the book.

Was real alchemist only written the instructions to "human robot", who made those experiments by following the texts?

In that book might be the instructions for the experiments what this man makes and in this case the person, who makes the tests or practical research might be the "human robot", who would make practical work, and the identity of the real mastermind was covered that way. If the instructions for tests would be clear enough, even the regular person would make the practical things and the real person, who made ideas and instructions for the test might stand as a hidden identity. And if the instructions would be written to that book even child can read them to the maker of the test.

I used this image as the illustration image in the writing about Alchemy, and now I will write something about this painting. There is one very interesting detail, or actually, there are many details, what we should think, and one of them is that alchemist is working in the front of the eyes of the normal people and he also allows children play in the next to him. And that means that this man seems to have nothing to hide, and then we can think, do those people even understand things, what alchemist makes?

Do they see the ultimate genius or some person, who might be some bookkeeper or something like that? The reason why alchemist allows those people to see him at work is that if there would be some police or soldiers, who are asking about the work of that man, would somebody tell it to him. And the way, how those people would say that thing is "hey sheriffs are looking for you, and what are you done"? So the alchemist would not tell his name to those people. But there are many things, which are really interesting details in that image.

Alchemists must hide their work from other people

There are many things, what made people really suspicious of alchemists, who were claimed to made contract with the devil. Those persons tested medical operations, which would be prohibited even in modern times, and that's why they must hide their notes in the codes.  Because if they were uncovered that Alchemist would send to jail or even hang because of the experiments.

One of those codes might be the globe, where is the line. That could be the instructions of the separation surgery of the cerebral hemispheres, what is made for a cure for epilepsy, and maybe some of those men made those surgeries. When we are talking about surgery, we must remember that the successful operation is different than operation, and maybe many people died in those tests.

They were claimed to made contract with devil himself 

The idea was that if the corpus callosum would cut in the early ages, there would grow the person who has two fully advanced humans in one body. The thing is that if the corpus callosum would cut the brains would have problems with synchronizing their operations, and that means that there would be problems with social skills and concentration because cerebral hemispheres cannot communicate together with the normal way.

I don't know has anyone made those surgical operations in the time, when this painting has been painted and they are strictly prohibited except for the cure of epilepsy.  The metal dome over the skull tells that the Alchemist has skills to control the mind of people, and that person might use the things like suggestion and hallucinate and stunning vegetables and mushrooms for controlling the person.
