We have all heard the tales of the CIA:s top-secret MKULTRA (1) and other types of programs, where a person has been targeted to brainwash and secret interrogations. The idea is that this very secretive and officially disbanded program's purpose was to create methods to interrogate captured KGB agents by using methods, that the cooperatives with that person even don't recognize the interrogations, and the mates of the agent network were not noticed that their comrade has been caught. 

The idea of MKULTRA has also created methods of how to motivate people like nuclear physics to operate in the government's secretive military programs like a nuclear weapon and STEALTH plane research. But there is another version of this project, and the thing is that the leader of this project Sydney Gottlieb (1918-1999) (2) died in his home because of heart problems. 

Sometimes he was claimed to dropped from the hotel's window, but the real reason for that thing was dead after the heart problems. And the rumors are told that the real reason was the Saxitoxin poisoning, but we must realize that Gottlieb was over 80 years old. The thing that made MKULTRA so different from other similar projects is that there were not use medical. The use of medicals would be uncovered in the drug tests, and that's why MKULTRA used neural stimulation, what happens with blinking lights and virtual reality. 

Or the drugs that were used were hallucinogens like psilocybin and LSD. The main idea was to create methods, which are not visible in the customs or psychic tests, and they could be used also inside the borders of the Soviet Union. There is claiming, that MKULTRA has been used to create faked memories for some military personnel, that they would tell fictional stories about heroic actions, what they are not done. 

The mission, in this case, is just terminate the political career of some politicians, or simply make the people harder to prove their words, if they are involved in some kind of secretive actions. But the main targets were KGB agents.

Then the brainwashing team's mission was to convert the captured agent to serve in CIA and deliver information about the actions of KGB to the Federal authorities. This program disbanded after the Vietnam war, but there is claiming that this program and its methodologies have been used for stealing business secrets or other people's innovation. 

What are hallucinations?

Sometimes flashbacks from the past cause the flashback, a psychological effect, where something that happened in the past and buried deep in the memory is coming back to knowledge. The thing is that when people see a similar situation, landscape or another scene, what is similar, where a person has been during the traumatic experience that thing causes the flashback, what is called PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Sometimes PTSD is connected to the war experience, but the PTSD can be caused by every traumatic stress experience, like car accident, assault, and conflagration. 

In the next part of the texts, I will use the UFO as an example of this kind of thing. But we could use ghosts and other kinds of things in this kind of example. And here the UFO means only the unidentified flying object, what origin is unknown. 

When we are thinking about the situation, that somebody lies about things like UFO:s we must first ask why somebody tells about this kind of thing? Are those people seeing things, what other people don't see, nor have they experienced the UFO in the past somewhere in childhood, and the question is that is it possible that a person has been abducted in a very young age? 

In this case, that kind of experience would cause flashbacks, if the person goes to the area, what is looking like similar to the area, where abduction happened. In this case, I use "abduction" for meaning the kidnapping that is not reported to officials for some reason. But what could be that reason? That is the question in those cases, where nobody sees this case even happened. Were the takers of those persons some kind of officials, who told other people to keep their mouth shut?

After Nikola Tesla made his famous acoustic test, what almost destroyed his laboratory, acoustic systems have planned to use in many things in war and peace. If we would use modern material we can create the artificial version of the system, which whale uses to create the sound for its sonar system, and that would make it possible to create things like hearing aids, which would need no electricity.

The hearing aid, what would not need electricity might seem a very rare thing, but by using modern nanotube technology would be possible to create a small system, which would put in the ear canal. That thing would base in the same kind of structure, what is found in the skull of whales. The acoustic system would have many canals through it, and those extremely small tubes would resonate with each other.

That would be possible to create the acoustic system, which will increase the volume without active systems, and if we would use small diameter carbon tubes this kind of system or structure could be quite a small size. When we are thinking passive hearing aids, what are basing the acoustic resonance, we are mean systems, which work an opposite side than some musical instruments.

When the instrument like acoustic guitar makes sound it bases that the air would resonate in the chamber, and then it would increase the power of the wave movement. But what if in the chamber of guitar would be the Melon, the copy of the sound organ of whales? Those small tubes would increase the sound at a very high level, and that kind of experiment can injure people and destroy the material. Those things can also use as an attachment for microphones, which can hear very low noise.

In the 1960's CIA:s laboratories created an idea that the agents would have mouth organs, where would be the artificial melon inside it. That system was hard to make in the past, but using modern carbon fibers those needed tubes would be easy to make, and that system can give an extremely strong voice. The idea was that the agent could escape by using that system. And there have been many other things, where resonance would seem being an interesting tool.

Also, the CIA planned to slip the agents inside the soviet command bunkers, and they would leave the whistles with balloons inside those buildings. Those whistles would equip with the material, what causes resonance in the bunker, what would make the structure weaker. But the use of resonance is also research for destroying chemical weapons and other chemicals. In that case, the system would use sound or electromagnetic radiation for cutting the molecules of gas. Also, there are tested sound systems, which are planned to break the cores of the ammunition and rifles.

Then we are thinking resonance as the way, what would make it possible to remove concrete from the walls, the thing, that is needed is the bite of the same concrete which is used in the wall. Another way to use resonance simply put the steel inside the concrete structure resonate, which would cause the damages in concrete. This kind of thing has been created for demolition sites because that thing would decrease the need to use explosives. They can also be used to make the cores of bunkers weaker, which can increase the power of own ammunition.

And if somebody would stand ahead that thing it can cause death. The thing is that centrifugal gun can also be hand-operated. In this case, the weapon is equipped with gear, which is rotating by a crank, and that system can accelerate iron balls at a very high speed. The problem with that kind of weapon is that they are not giving alarm in the ammunition detectors.

And those systems can be made by using the plastic or carbon fiber, which can pass also other detectors, and that system can also be equipped with dynamo and magnetic accelerator. That thing can give that kind of system very high acceleration. That kind of weapon is not caring about things like moisture.

The angle grinder is very easy to turn the centrifugal gun, and the system can installed on the place of the cutting edge should only put the chamber where is installed a rotating plate with radial bites, what mission is to drive steel balls to the hole, what is in the frame. The idea is claimed to create for the satellites, and in those satellite weapons only the frame of that system must turn, and that thing makes it an effective tool for killer satellites. The reason why this kind of system is so effective is that the recoil of those systems is minimum, and it can also be connected to rail-guns, which would increase the speed of those iron balls.

The problem with the papers, what Snowden would leak is that nobody can check that data from other sources. There is a possibility, that the source or informant has been recognized as the hostile actor. This means that the intelligence agencies might use those channels as delivering the faked information against the enemy. The purpose of information operations is to make those files less trusted and cause damage to the trust of that informant.

When we are thinking about the media and it's the relationship with organizations like FARC are named as the DEA field operatives in some papers, and that thing would cause very interesting reactions. Information warfare is a nasty trick, as you might know, and there are many things, what those people can do with some businessmen, who are often visiting in China or some other nations.

The thing is that there could be leaked a couple of faked CIA reports, where some people are named as the secret agents. And of course, there is a possibility, that those businessmen have maintained the homepages, what are supporting the victims of Tienanmen. So that kind of things might cause problems in that country.

But there are many other things, what those military actors can make to people. One of them is when those operatives face the Google account, what is used by the Troll factory, they can take that account under the control, and then use that thing for the counter-propaganda against those people, who are working in those systems.

A psychopath is a person, who would not feel any personal emotions, and they care only about themselves. This makes those persons very dangerous, and the thing is that they could manipulate other people in every way, what people can imagine, to getting what they want.

And sometimes is claimed that psychopaths would be ideal leaders of the companies, because only thing, what they will think is to get the personal benefit. If the personal benefit is connected to the result of the company, that kind of persons can get a very good profit, except one thing is very disturbing.

Those people would think only the profit without moral aspect, and that means that the company would make a profit to its owners without caring the moral or ethics. In this point of these writings, we can say, that anything, what would not uncover does not exist. This kind of thing might make psychopath even more dangerous than we might think.

This is the idea of artificial intelligence

The idea of artificial intelligence in the point of view of military operations is that the machine acts like a psychopath. The only thing what artificial intelligence cares during the military operation is that the mission would be done. It doesn't care about casualties or international law. And if it would target the firepower to the civilians, the database can be deleted, which means that nobody ever notices that kind of things.

Psychopaths have not conscience. That makes them so effective in the operations, where the conscience is only the stress matter. That's why sociopaths would be interesting persons in the point of view of military forces. They could be so-called "perfect operators" in the operations, where the silence is one of the key elements.

PROJECT ARTICHOKE 

So those people might be trained for the assassination missions, and also in the covert law enforcement operations, that kind of people would be perfect staff because they are able to treat even their best friends. That might be the key element in the operations like ARTICHOKE or BLUEBIRD (Smooth Criminal), what is the military operation, what mission is to search and select the operators for law enforcement.

The background of this project was in the CIA domestic intelligence, what wanted to create the undercover agents, who can uncover the possible relationships with criminal organizations and KGB. The main target of that operation might be the jihadist groups, but the organized crime is, of course, interested by both organizations the CIA and FBI. The later one wants trusted operators, who can send information from the underworld to law enforcement.

The methods, what that program uses are basically military training, and then those operators, who might have very tough criminal registration might release to slip in their organizations, where they would cause very much damage. The purpose of that project was to use the operators, which have suitable backgrounds, and who are trusted in the point of view of the targeted organization. The idea was to retrain those persons, who were captured, gang members to hate their ex-friends, and then return them to the organization.

In many cases, the blind men and women have an absolute ear for music, and their ability to hear things is more sensitive than the so-called normal people. That ability has made people like Stevie Wonder the excellent musician, and the thing is that in ancient Japan the Samurais paid the money to the blind men, that they played the music.

So the reason for paying the salary for those musicians was not that the Samurais liked the music so much that they would pay a paid salary to the blind men. They paid them for listening to people, and those blind men were actually living eavesdrop machines, whose mission was to hear things, what the normal person would not able to understand. The thing is that every metal sword, what samurai carries has a different melody and every sword has the unique melody, as I have written earlier.

Every person walks in a different way, and that makes them hear different. And voice what the person would speak is different. This is the thing, what the blind people would separate, and the absolute ear for music would give also criminal investigators allowance to recognize the people them the way to speak, and the words are also said by a different kind of melody. In fact, that ability has been used by military intelligence to separate enemy submarines from each other.

During the Cold War, the CIA used blind persons to hear the tapes, which were made by using the underwater microphones. By those records, the CIA recognized the small anomalies in the form of the propel and the things like broken bearings would also be uncovered because of those tapes. And if some single submarine has often problems with that kind of things, will that tell that there are some problems with the balance of machines.
