What if the psychopath would lead the company?

A psychopath is a person who has no conscience

A psychopath is a person, who would not feel any personal emotions, and they care only about themselves. This makes those persons very dangerous, and the thing is that they could manipulate other people in every way, what people can imagine, to getting what they want.

And sometimes is claimed that psychopaths would be ideal leaders of the companies, because only thing, what they will think is to get the personal benefit. If the personal benefit is connected to the result of the company, that kind of persons can get a very good profit, except one thing is very disturbing.

Those people would think only the profit without moral aspect, and that means that the company would make a profit to its owners without caring the moral or ethics. In this point of these writings, we can say, that anything, what would not uncover does not exist. This kind of thing might make psychopath even more dangerous than we might think.

This is the idea of artificial intelligence

The idea of artificial intelligence in the point of view of military operations is that the machine acts like a psychopath. The only thing what artificial intelligence cares during the military operation is that the mission would be done. It doesn't care about casualties or international law. And if it would target the firepower to the civilians, the database can be deleted, which means that nobody ever notices that kind of things.

Psychopaths have not conscience. That makes them so effective in the operations, where the conscience is only the stress matter. That's why sociopaths would be interesting persons in the point of view of military forces. They could be so-called "perfect operators" in the operations, where the silence is one of the key elements.

PROJECT ARTICHOKE 

So those people might be trained for the assassination missions, and also in the covert law enforcement operations, that kind of people would be perfect staff because they are able to treat even their best friends. That might be the key element in the operations like ARTICHOKE or BLUEBIRD (Smooth Criminal), what is the military operation, what mission is to search and select the operators for law enforcement.

The background of this project was in the CIA domestic intelligence, what wanted to create the undercover agents, who can uncover the possible relationships with criminal organizations and KGB. The main target of that operation might be the jihadist groups, but the organized crime is, of course, interested by both organizations the CIA and FBI. The later one wants trusted operators, who can send information from the underworld to law enforcement.

The methods, what that program uses are basically military training, and then those operators, who might have very tough criminal registration might release to slip in their organizations, where they would cause very much damage. The purpose of that project was to use the operators, which have suitable backgrounds, and who are trusted in the point of view of the targeted organization. The idea was to retrain those persons, who were captured, gang members to hate their ex-friends, and then return them to the organization.
