But the LED-lights might replace the radio signals in the communication between drones and controlling system, and those drones might have the ability to target the microwave radiation to the certain target. Those drones might have CCD-system, which would give them the electricity, and that would increase the independent operation capacity, and those CCD-systems can also use as the camera, and those drones might able to connect those images together.
The thing is that those "black clouds" might have sophisticated artificial intelligence because those nanomachines can share information between the individuals of the cloud.
