At the beginning of the Ukrainian war, the Beyraktar drone was the key element in the defense. Then, Russian electronic warfare systems made that drone unable to operate, but the Beyraktar TB-2 may be back in business. The question is this: Are those Beyraktars the same that operated during the early Russian attack? There is a possibility that those drones are updated. The Beyraktar-type drones are large, and they can carry sub-drones or independent, AI-controlled kamikaze drones. 

Or those Beyraktars can have an improved ability to cooperate with drone swarms and track missile sites. And especially sites that operate fiber drones. Or maybe their mission is to search Russian ECM stations and destroy them. Those drones can also operate. In maritime patrol duties. Recently, a Beyraktar drone sank a vessel in Black Sea. 

There is a possibility that those large-sized drones can also operate as decoys or larger kamikaze drones. The purpose of those drones is to make the Russians attack it. The larger-sized drones can carry larger. And more powerful computers than small-sized drones. When we think about Beyraktars, there is a possibility that there are also jet-powered versions of that drone. Another possibility is that the larger drone will carry Beyraktar to a strike distance from the target. The Beyraktar is a system that can carry an AI-based image recognition and attack system. 

The carrier vehicle can carry that drone deep into the Russian airspace. The AI-based system. Makes it possible to select. And attack targets independently. Those drones will not need radio communication. Or GPS. They can use optical digital scene-matching area correlation. Those are terrain contour-matching systems, boosted with aided inertial navigation systems, TERCOM/TAINS, which make those systems independent. from the GPS. The system uses the landmarks and inertial to navigate to the target. 

A radioisotope thermoelectric generator, RTG, gives unlimited operational time for drones. 

And then the system can drop parasite drones near the target, and Beyraktar can make a kamikaze mission against those targets. These kinds of systems are possible. The reason why. There are so many “maybes” in this text. Is this. There must be some kind of reason. Why Ukrainians return to that old system for operational use. There is a possibility that this kind of drone also has unlimited operational capacity. 

Those drones can use electric engines and a radioisotope thermoelectric generator, RTG. The RTG gives electricity to the systems. And those systems can operate for a very long time. The Voyager space probe uses the RTG generator. Which has delivered electricity for almost 50 years. That means a propeller or blower using a drone can operate for almost unlimited time. The blower gives  a higher speed for the drone. And that kind of stealth drone can be almost invisible. Those drones. Will not leave infrared marking, and their small size helps them survive.

Robots that emulate fish are more effective than robots that are using propellers. If the robot has similar fins and tails with fish. It won't get stuck to the algae and water vegetables so easily as propellers using robots. The problem with small-size robots is that they have limited power sources. The thing is that also larger nuclear-powered submarines can have fins and structures like pike fish that kind of submarine might have stealth drive along with propellers. 

Structures that are used and tested in miniature submarines. Can turn to use in larger-scale submarines. There is also tested the cuttlefish-looking submarine construction. Those kinds of systems can use water jets for driving fast underwater. 

Then the robot can use those fins in the area where the system needs to operate accurately. Those robots can be of various sizes. And they can use to recover the material from the bottom of the oceans by using manipulator's arms. 




Those little bit spider-looking machines can use to return things like nuclear reactors and secretive things like dropped nuclear bombs in secretive missions. As well as they can use to return chemical waste or something like that. 

The flying man-shaped robots can also be modern technology. The same technology that is created for those systems can also use to lift people. The man-looking flying robots can someday research planets like Venus and Saturn moon Titan. But they can also drop to research the jungles in Papua-New Guinea. 

New technology like large-size quadcopters can use to lift people from the ground. And sometimes is tested the backpack, that has a helicopter structure. The tail rotor would be at the end of the telescope tail. And the main rotor would be in the middle of the backpack. Those kinds of systems have problems with power supply. 




So the quadcopters are easier to control. And they can be connected to the wireless game control sticks. Those systems are almost safe. Because of the battery is ended. That robot can have autorotation mode. The autorotation guarantees that the system can return to the ground safely. 

The quadcopters that are lifting humans can use to land the special operations teams to the ground. And then fly back to VTOL aircraft. The same quadcopters can also rise window cleaners to the roof of buildings. But in the same way, things like burglars can use quadcopters to lift them and their equipment to the roofs of their targets. The fact is that this kind of technology is open source. Everybody can buy a quadcopter from shops. And then the person needs only the employment skills to enlarge that system.

A couple of words about COVID-19



The fact is that we are doing what we are doing. We cannot know what happens if we have done something another way. And that is the only sure thing. There is no way to predict what kind of case is the new pandemic. And another fact is that we can say one thing about this pandemic. The fact is that we should update our orders and laws to answer the challenges that this kind of thing will bring somewhere in the future. 

The regulations that COVID-19 causes will remove soon. But the thing is that COVID-19 gave a lesson. And we must analyze the data that is collected from this situation. The COVID-19 gave us the lesson that even we want we are not masters of nature. We tried to remove that virus and we must say that we had 80% success. But in the case of epidemics only one "red-actor" is enough. Only one person who is infected can start the epidemics. And that makes epidemics very hard to predict. 

So when the data is analyzed. We must try to figure what was a success. What went wrong. And what we should improve for the next pandemics. The strategy could be to deny that viruses can cross the border. But in this case, that virus can cross the border.  

We must have some kind of strategy for that case. The vaccines are preventing. The vaccine requires the virus that is used to make it. And laboratories cannot produce a vaccine against every virus on Earth. Another thing is that the virus has a very high ability to transform its DNA. That means that the next pandemic virus is not possible even exists yet. 

If the antiviral medicals cannot have an effect. There is only one method for people who are already infected. That method is so-called controlled epidemics. That thing should guarantee that there is enough nursery capacity for infected people. 

Maybe the next virus is uprising and are we wiser? The fact is that pandemics might turn more common when people are traveling to exotic countries. Things like artificial intelligence can try to predict what kind of virus or threat is coming next. And we can comfort ourselves that most of the viruses that are transferring between individuals through the air are coronavirus. 

The two-layer membrane and complicated structure are making the spread of the virus slower than deadlier filovirus. The filovirus is not transferring so long-distance as coronavirus. The problem is that the DNA or RNA of the coronavirus is harder to isolate than the single-layer virus. And that makes it harder to detect the new virus population. 

And the layer antigens of the virus can be the same in the outer core with COVID-19. But the inner core of the virus has different antigens. And this means that vaccine creation is difficult against those viruses. The fact is that nobody knows what the next pandemic virus looks like. 

The AI can detect new viruses or predict the transformation of the DNA by calculating the possibilities of how the base pairs of the DNA can order. So that AI can calculate the permutation of the DNA base pairs. But the problem is that the virus DNA can have different lengths and number of base pairs. The number of base pairs can change when the virus goes through the species. And even the best AI is helpless if it doesn't have the DNA for analysis. 

The virus samples must collect systematically that the dangerous virus mutations can detect. Or the better thing would be that the transformation of the viruses can detect soon as possible. And that helps to detect the viruses that can cause epidemics. 

In the case of fast-spreading pandemics. Is very important to start vaccine production. But the effect of the vaccine must confirm and it should be strong enough. If the immune reaction is too weak that can turn the situation worse. There is the possibility that too weak an immune reaction would breed the virus variants that are more resistant than the original virus. 

The journalistic attitude to those viruses is interesting. The thing is that the stories where people are turning zombies are not very nice to read. And the worst thing in the case of pandemics is the panic. When people are starting to pack in the same space they are not able to keep safe distances. 

If there are vaccines people should take them or they mean nothing. The vaccines are like lifevests. They are effective only when people are taking them. If people do not take vaccines,  well the vaccine in the freezer does not have an effect. If there are vaccines and people don't want to use them. There is nothing that researchers can do. 

That means the virus is infecting more people than otherwise. The last thing is that there is no power of limits and orders. If people are not following orders they mean nothing. And that is the thing that we must realize when we are defending ourselves against pandemics. 

We can make nice models and simulations. But if we cannot turn them into practice those exercises and models mean nothing. Following those orders is also important. The plans might be good. But if the practice fails that means that the operation fails.

Could the flying aircraft carrier possible already in use?

Term "flying aircraft carrier" doesn't necessarily mean the large system, what is looking like the aircraft carrier. The simplest model would be the cargo plane, which can take the drones inside it during the flight, and rearm and refuel them. That kind of thing could be the modified C-130 "Hercules", what has the manipulator arm or what can some other way take drone inside it (1). 

As I have written before there is an experience with flying aircraft carriers because in the 1930s some airships have been equipped with hangars, and there were aircraft Curtiss F9C "Sparrowhawk", which were specially developed for that purpose (2). Those planes dropped from the airship, and they were brought up by using the hook. Also, other airships like "Hindenburg" had aircraft for messenger purposes and the mission of that He-54 aircraft, what was dropped from the airship was to send a message to the destiny, that "Hindenburg" was coming.  

After the WWII were plans to equip the B-36 "Peacemaker" (3) aircraft by using parasite fighters, what would carry under the wing. Those fighters would be delivered to air when enemy fighters would rise to attack against this plane. Boeing corporation has introduced an idea, that B-747 would be transformed into flying aircraft carrier, what could deliver micro fighters on the air. By using modern technology would be possible to equip cruise missiles with air to air missiles and other subsystems. 

There have been introduced ideas that by using the same form, what B-2 Stealth bomber has, it would be possible to create the extreme large aircraft. And the problem is that this aircraft, what might have a wingspan of 100-200 meters would have problems with space, what it needs in runways. Or that hypothetical aircraft would be equipped with the nuclear-powered turbines, which allows them to rise it from the ground vertically, but there might be problems with the risk, what airborne nuclear-powered vehicles could cause.

When we are thinking about the possibility to create the flying aircraft carrier, what is like some kind of version of the fictional vehicle, what is used in sci-fi-movies like "Avengers", we must realize, that this kind of 300 meters long vehicle, what would be heavier than air, needs nuclear reactor for operating. So the technology for that kind of system would already exist, but there are many problems with that thing, and the one is, what if the reactor would have a failure? There has been introduced an idea that this kind of giant vehicle would be manufactured in the atmosphere of the gas planets. 

That kind of operation would need robot vehicles, which are controlled by highly sophisticated artificial intelligence. Those hypothetical nuclear-powered platforms can offer the base for searching the atmosphere and "oceans" of the giant gas planets. But the thing is that this kind of system must be manufacture in the space. The problem is, what if the astronaut will drop from the board.

So if we would transform this idea to the atmosphere of Earth, we might think possible, that by using quadcopters, what would act as 3D printers and extreme sharp remote control technology, we could make the large-scale aerial vehicles by using the technology, what allows them to make things straight to air. This kind of system is making possible to make things, which are revolutionize technology. And maybe someday, the "cloud cities" would be true in some form, in the distant future.

So Turkey hits Syria and the problem is that it is part of NATO, which means it is one of the allies of the USA. And another problem is that there are Kurds, who are also the allies of the USA what makes this thing little nit more complicated than normal people might think.

The thing in that area is that there are two parties on the Kurd side, another is YDF, which is a so-called official organization, and the other is PKK, which is classified as a terrorist organization in Turkey. So what makes this case so problematic. The thing is that the relationship between armed groups and governments in that area is also very complicated.

When we are saying that Turkey is allied with the USA that doesn't mean that the generals of the USA army control straight the military forces of Turkey. And the thing that makes this situation "interesting" is that the USA denied selling the F-36 fighters to Turkey, which choose the S-300 missile system from Russia for air defense.

The reason for that is Russia could calibrate it's air defense missiles to shoot down those fighter-bombers. And of course, Turkey doesn't like that kind of advantage in the relationship between it and its other allies. The position of Donald Trump is not very nice anyway, because of his period as the President of the United States of America is the internal political crises, and his way to act is far away from the way how people have adjusted to seeing in the international politics.

So this is the reason, why commenting about this kind of situation is so complicated. When we are thinking about the situation in Syria there is no military answer. And the violence increases violence. When people are facing bombardment that thing causes hate and increases the support of the PKK and other radical groups, as we have seen in other places on Earth.

I know this might mean a really cold way to think, but a good example of this kind of advantage is the situation in Israel. The Israeli military force crushed the PLO in 1982 and after that, the policy in that country has been that because Israel is the stronger side, it must not negotiate with the opposite side.

And in that area, the conflict has continued as terrorism and guerilla warfare. The tactic of IDF is to use aircraft and helicopters with smart weapons against guerilla targets. Those tactics cause hate, and of course, those strikes are effective and they are keeping Israeli forces safe.

Some people believe that airstrikes are used because of the psychological aspect, what is two side thing. Airstrikes are coming like lightning from the skies, which makes fear in the mind of the enemy. But also that thing makes sure that the distance with own troops and enemy is long enough.

And the own troops are not facing "negative psychological effect", which means that the own troops are not spending time in the homes of the opposite side. That thing is supporting the terrorist agenda, which wants to show their enemy as a monster. And airstrikes guarantee that there is no trace of the terrorists, who are not in place at that moment.

We always forget those normal soldiers, who are operating in the field are they special forces or tank men are sometimes forced to make tough decisions. And those field operators are also under the psychological influence of the regular representers of the opposite side. That's why helicopters and airplanes are a better way to scout and fast strike operations.

They can track mobile telephones, and then shoot their missiles against those targets, but in those cases, the person who uses the mobile telephone might be different than a person, who has bought that device. That means that airstrikes are effective against targeted mobile telephones.

But they are causing that tracking the terrorists or the user of that telephone is difficult because there is no DNA or other samples in those targets. There are also no people for interrogations, what is, of course, a good thing for terrorists.  And there is a possibility that terrorists are waiting for the last second and then leave the house, what might confuse the intelligence of Israel, that they are dead.

Machine learning and real-life solutions

The virtual chat, which is controlled by artificial intelligence is one of the innovations for modern research and developing. The idea is based quite a simple idea to connect the speech to text and voice command application to research and development tools. This means that when some people are making as an example of the seminar about this thing, the software would turn the speech to text, and the system can collect every kind of data, what can be connected to those texts or speeches, and then the computer would follow the chat. The system would compare the written words to the database, and then give the answers, what might seem to given by the real human.

But when we are thinking the artificial intelligence as the project manager, the thing is basing the database, what is created in project meetings and planning discussions. The base of that thing is so-called negative brainstorming, where all threats and problems, what project can face would be located and uncovered, what makes possible to predict the things, what can cause problems or danger the projects.

Then the real project would be made, and at the same time the data of that project can be collected to another database, and those databases can compare for uncovering the miscalculations, and finding the reasons for that. And then those data can be connected to the matrix, which can be used to help other projects, and the automatization in that kind of thing makes decisions easier.

When we are thinking the artificial intelligence, we must realize that the data is the thing, that makes that thing effective. Machine learning is addicted to the ability to get the data and compare it with the real situation. Those kinds of complete and very large databases are really hard to make, because if we want to create artificial intelligence, what can control projects and give answers, what would solve problems, what project faces suddenly.

What kind of programs those things might be? The answer is machine learning. The thing is that when the database is growing, and the stored data would be more complete, the machine can operate more and more independently. The idea of machine learning is that those machines learn things like human beings, and this is the way, how we are learning things. When the database of successful and unsuccessful actions is made sharply that kind of system would turn very independent.

But it can do those decisions only in the sector. If we would want to create the database, what allows robots to operate independently in the normal society, that kind of computers and robots would need extremely large databases for successful operations. And this kind of system, what are automatically recording things like vehicle movements in some airports and then those systems would learn from the solutions, what human is done.

And the problems are that the controlling traffic at some airport than making an independently driving car. But those systems operate in the areas, where are strict regulations. That kind of system is far away from robots, what can live in a normal society, and live there like humans. Even if we would make the machine-version of the dog, what will go shopping for us, we are facing problems, and one of them is, what to do if the price, what is given to that robot is wrong?

One of the biggest questions is, what would the machine allow to do, if somebody attacks against it? When we are thinking the case, where human being attacks against the robot, what looks like a human, we would think that the person would do the same thing for a real human. And that thing is offering things, that in the future police would use the decoy robots, what are looking like helpless people.

If somebody will attack them that person would be arrested by those robots, which might also be used for intelligence and combat operations. That kind of system might be advanced, and also one version of the robot soldiers of tomorrow.

The flying car can change our way to travel fundamentally, and that equipment can equip with natural friendly fuel cells, what are using hydrogen and oxygen as the fuel. They can make traffic more comfortable, and the problem is that the technology would need a special driver's license or pilot's license that it would be safe. Or it would need autopilot, what can communicate with central computers and the problem with those systems is that they need very much tests, that they could be suitable and safe solutions, what ordinary people can buy and handle safely. 

But also the military is interesting about this kind of low-noise and low-cost all-terrain vehicles. If this kind of technology is connected to the normal jet plane, that would make possible to operate that vehicle in extremely low altitude and from the runways, what are full of craters. If this technology, what is introduced in the film below, is used in jet fighters, those systems would not need aircraft carrier, and they can be dropped above of water simply driving them over the deck, and they can be used by any ship or field, what can be found. Those systems might not have fixed installation. 

The very big model or so-called "flying truck" can take the jetplane on the back, and then the aircraft can accelerate by that vehicle to the speed, that it can raise airborne. The so-called "catamaran structure could be effective. That system would raise the jetfighter to the high altitude, and then it would rip from the middle to two parts, and the aircraft can get enough speed, while it drops, and then the pilot can fly it as normal aircraft. But if the all-terrain vehicles would equip this kind of technology, they can avoid minefields. 

Flying cars can be used as the base of the developing fundamental weapon systems. They can be used as the base of creating the next generation cargo systems for nuclear weapons. 

The problems with technology what is used with flying cars are visible in the film, what is below this text. The same technology, what allows this futuristic version of the Renault to fly in the low altitudes can benefit in the new generation cruise missiles, and bombs what can be dropped on the areas, and then those bombs can drive or fly in the bunkers, where protected targets are stored. So the question is it wise to build that kind of devices in China. 

The flying vehicle can be dropped over the harbor, and then they can slip in the storage bunkers where the nuclear submarines are waiting to go overseas. And in fact, in those systems can equip also nuclear warheads. 

That makes possible to create the vehicle, what can attack to heavily protected targets. The new kind of cargo-vehicles can drive the nuclear warhead to the entrance of heavily armored command bunker, and then explode themselves near the armored door, what can destroy those targets in seconds, or at least damage them very badly.

Why Russian intelligence needs oligarchs?

One thing, what must be realized with social media, what you see in the western world might not the same, what they are in Russia. This is the thing, what have many times told in the western media, but the thing what has put less focus in media is that also Russian homepages can change by western actors. This means that the social media used by Russians in Russia might be different in the western world. That thing is very easy to make, and the system is very simple in theory.

That social media and the data, what users input in that system would search by algorithms, and then the artificial intelligence just removes things, what is not tolerated. The thing is that the server transforms the data to another homepage, which is similar to the real homepage.  the reason, why western military intelligence is concerning about the Russian social media, is that the intelligence services are using those platforms to keep in touch with contacts.

The new way to operate in Russian intelligence and security is that those organizations are operated by using oligarchs for buying the real estates and establishing the companies, what the intelligence can use in its operations. I just read the article in Helsingin Sanomat (21.7.2019) what told about the journalist, who has been uncovered corruption and other things about Russian security services, and I noticed about the name in that article.

That name was Yevgeny Prigodzhin. That man worked as the gang member for some Russian businessmen and was in jail for getting under-age girls for prostitutes, betrayals and robberies.

Those things were mentioned in the article, and when we are thinking about the past of Pridgodzhin, that would make that man the perfect tool for the hands of intelligence. Those kind of people are suitable for open the bank accounts and establish companies for covert operations, like buying real-estates for storing the equipment and housing the operatives, who cannot use regular hotels.

And the thing is, that if that actor would someday start to be the problem, that means that there would be found some overdose or something like that in the past, and then the police can arrest that man. Of course, the prosecutions would be something like tax avoidance, but if the person would not cooperate there would be find something worse in history.

When we are looking at the way, how intelligence service operates, there would be no person in service, who they cannot control. That means that the oligarch, who would operate with Intelligence is under the control of those agents, who would play the bodyguards of that person. And that means that the person is imprisoned in own office.

When we are thinking about the SST (Super Sonic Transportation) concepts, we are facing the sad thing. Most of those concepts have turned to military systems. The origin of the most supersonic bombers of the world has been in the SST programs.

But the thing is that also modern parachutist and other rapid reaction teams can get the benefit from the super fast transport vehicles. Here I'm talking about the transport plane, which uses stealth technology. This kind of advantage makes possible to operate deep inside the enemy airspace.

When we are thinking about those extremely high-flying aircraft, there is needed a new type of protective suits, what keeps the pressure on the body, but what is allowing also operate on the ground wearing those gears. Those new type of suits need the testing and that might be one reason why NASA has made test jump by using a parachute from over 30 km high. In the parachute jumps, what are made from that altitude is a couple of problems. The first of the problems is that the pressure of air is so low, that the liquids in the body are starting to boil.

That means that the jumper needs a pressure suit for surviving alive from this thing. The problem is that those suits would not allow a person to operate on the ground. The temperature in high-stratosphere is extremely low, and the suit must use active warming because without that thing the person would freeze to ice bite.

And one of the biggest problems, what must be solved is the wind-effect. The wind in the high stratosphere is the thing, what will move the jumper in a vertical way and sometimes this thing would cause that parachutist would land far away from the place, what was planned.

The purpose of this study is to determine the wind effect, or how the wind will take elected to the parachutist. When we are returning to the SST, the traditional version of the mission, where is needed the fast reaction is that the team goes in the C-130 or some Antonov if they are Russians and then flies to the airbase, where those operators move to operation. But the problem is that the C-130 is very slow.

And when we are thinking about the cases, where some intelligence services safe house is captured by terrorists or something like that, has been happening, the reaction team must move extremely high speed, and probably that movement must happen in hostile airspace.

Also, stealth attack planes need the refueling probably deep inside enemy airspace. Normally those missions are giving to MC-130 "Combat Talon"  type aircraft, but they are really slow, and the new type of equipment must get in use in this kind of area of the use of force.

The use of drones in intelligence and reconnaissance mission bases the thing, that the drones can be lost limitless, and because there are no pilots in those planes, the losses can be hidden by the government. That means that there might be many other drone losses, which are reported, but there was no information for released about those cases.

The parts of those drones can buy almost from the supermarkets, and the computers and remote control systems can be protected with the same methodology with a normal WLAN system. And that means that those systems might use also other parts of the government. Drone controller would not need any kind of training for the actions. A couple of simulation hours is enough, and if somebody wants to hide those operations, the drones can be destroyed in that mission.

And then those operators would not even connect to the operations, what might be illegal. This makes hiding those things easier than use normal mercenaries. Those mercenaries would sit in their home and control their drones in the area, and entire operation would be covered as the computer game.

And those systems can shoot down even STEALTH-fighters and be dangerous against every target on the ground. If the electromagnetic radiation hits to the ammo dump, the system can destroy those targets. But those systems can also use against individual persons, and this makes them scary.

That cage would deny the leak of electromagnetic radiation. In this amplitude modulator, the radio waves would transform to the laser-ray, which allows communicating with satellites stealthy. That amplifier modulator can be connected to WLAN-support station by using a wireless socket. be Also, high-altitude drones can be equipped with the very powerful laser communication system, which can use as well the communication and laser weapon.

The system can send the false signal to the opposite side communication or ELINT-satellite, what is used to collect data from the eavesdropping equipment. When the satellite answers to that signal, the laser or microwave weapon will crush it immediately. The decoy signal would imitate the signals, what that intelligence equipment will use. And then the system would turn the weapon to the target, and damage or destroy it by using electromagnetic radiation.

This system allows using every kind of forms in the aircraft, and there is one benefit comparing to the other ways to create stealth equipment.

That thing is that it can use also in large objects, like ships and even the big land areas can turn to absorb the radar impulses, what might be an effective thing for defense large targets like cities against missiles. That system causes the guidance system of the missiles would get jammed because they would not able to get radar echo from the ground target. And if another area would send massive echos to the missile, the warhead can possibly turn to the wrong point, what makes them less effective than expected.

2. The high-voltage electricity would cause that the aircraft will send lightning in the channels, what the rising ammunition makes on the air.

The "Albatross-effect" in the world of natural science means the situation that the bird, what will fly on the air will store very high voltage electricity. And this is the reason, why seamen have no right to kill that bird. If the seaman shots albatross, that causes that the eruption channel would open in the air.

There have been plans to load very high power electric power to the birds, or some bugs, and then they would teach to find the electric equipment like radars or ammunition storage. And when those animals are touching that thing, it would cause a powerful electric phenomenon in that thing,  what would act like EMP-pulse.

3. Modern technology allows making many new solutions for old designs. 

Today there is planned to use the quadcopters in the same purpose. The quadcopter would load with electric power, would that thing cause damages to every electric system in the world. If there is a radio antenna, would help to target the radio impulses in a certain target. And if that electricity will be high-voltage, that might cause damages to the electric systems.

The high-power electricity can transfer to the drone by using very high power radar signals, what would load the body of that thing by electricity. The avionics or computers would need to be protected by using the Faraday cage to be protected against the radio signals, which inducts the electricity to the wires of unprotected microchips. The overvoltage makes damages to the system by formatting the ROM-circuits, what are controlling the operations inside the circuit, and if those circuits have no programs, that will make them unable to work as they should.

That causes the thing, where the lightning comes from the sky and it can burn the entire ship.  The same effect can be created in the aircraft or drone. And when the missile or grenade would shot against it, the high-power electric lighting can travel to the launching site. That thing would need only the EMP-protected avionics to operate properly.

Intelligence service is an excellent tool for buying houses and property from another country, and those things can be used for establishing military bases and safe houses for secretive operations. Those undercover bases can be used for interrogation centers, military training sites and bases for surprise attacks.

The modern nuclear weapons are really easy to move, and the CLUB-K type container missile systems can be covered from the public eye by marking those containers with civilian marks.  Those containers can be covered by gold leaf, which hides the radioactive radiation from the warheads.

2. Modern military systems can be remote controlled

When we are thinking about modern military technology, those missile systems can be remote-operated, and even the owners of those areas are not noticed any special things until the missiles are fired. If those bases would be located in the islands, that means that there is the ability to use systems, what would keep underwater noise, and those systems can use to meter the reactions of the opposite side.

But when we are thinking about the things, how those areas would buy, the intelligence would operate by using cover-up companies. Those companies are registered to some trusted countries, and they are very difficult to connect any governmental actor in the world. And there is always double actors in the world of intelligence.

3. Those bases can manufacture by using remote-controlled robots

There is a possibility to create military bases without any human worker, but using traditional tools. The thing is that those bases can be made by using human-shaped robots is an interesting thought. In that case, the human-shaped robots would operate normal tools, and when the job is done, the memories of those systems would be erased.

And also those builders can use large quadcopters, which can be used as the cranes. Those quadcopters are the size of containers, and they can operate by using the normal high-voltage electricity. That quadcopter can use the normal power current, and it can operate also in the seclusions. Those systems are planned to use in many areas, where is impossible to make roads. They can bring the barracks and every other kind of tools to the building site. There is also plans to use those systems as undercover combat systems, and they can bring also CLUB-K missiles to that undercover military base.

Social media is a very important tool for propagandists

The major targets for troll makers are the respected person, who would give effect to information if they would re-share some propaganda. If those people would share propaganda, that contact with many people on the Internet. Many times the troll or political propaganda is looking very much "real" information, but if we would look at that data more careful, there is shared only one side views of the things.

The major thing in troll makers is to target their strike to the audience, where it makes the greatest effect. One of the biggest points of information operations is that when people are sharing false information, they are extending rumors, and this is the purpose of the troll makers. The prime target for those people are the centers of the social network, who are respected persons in their social network.

One idea is to benefit the obey, what those people face in the world. Because some person has respect, that means that people are not want to show that different opinions than this person has. So the troll maker wants to benefit the social position of some member of the social network. The idea is that when the person with respect would believe something, that thing would scale over the rest of the group.

If a big group of the people starts to believe or share something, they would get more and more readers to trolls. The big group of people has big social mass in social media, and that would deliver the information to many people by benefiting those social networks.

The thing is that the prime troll itself might be very easy to notice as the false information, but the idea of it is that other people will tell about that thing by using their own words. That would cause the effect, that the rumor becomes the truth in the mind of the people. If an adult people see some trolls, that person might think that is naive or shares only one part thoughts about the things, what is claimed to happen.

Children cannot separate right or wrong information

But when this kind of things is told to children, that thing would seem true, and if the troll maker is an adult or if that adult claims to represent some kind of official authority, would children believe this kind of things. And one of the best things, what Russian troll maker would tell to the youngster is being the member of FSB, "what is one kind of police". In this case, the propagandist claims to be the same kind of policeman like in some person in a police car in western society. And in the information warfare is used the same method as in some school harassment cases. There are many people, who have read the troll, and somehow they have pressed "like" by accident. After that, the troll maker would start to tell people, that some person pushes "like".

The idea is the same as in the schoolyard, where a group of youngsters is coming to some person and say, that if you are not saying "yes" we will beat that person. Then those persons would go to the teacher and say, that "here is a couple of witnesses, who are seeing, that some inmate has this or that opinion". The best way to notice, if the thing is a troll, is that there is used the threat of violence or some other kind of force. That means if somebody has a different kind of opinions, this inmate would just yell to silent.
