Why Russian agents attacked Skribal?

Trump has ordered new sanctions against Russia because of the Novochoke-case, where 5 persons were injured, and two of them were dead. Attackers have been claimed to being high-ranking GRU officials or at least another one has ranked as colonel, if we would believe about Wikipedia in this case.

The attack against Sergei Skribal is a very complicated thing. The attackers used poison, which connects the case straight to the Russian government. And the men who made that strike were recognized to GRU agents. Those things, unfortunately, show that the person, who is behind that attentate is working in the Russian government. This Skripal attentate has similarities with the Polonium-murder, where the ex-KGB agent has been murdered by using Polonium-210, which is very highly radioactive material.

And there are two possibilities. One of them is that the Russian government is behind those cases or the Russian laboratories would have security leak. If those materials like Novichoke and Polonium would get to wrong hands, the results will be devastating.

This is a very interesting thing, which has damaged the relationship between Russia and the Western World. And the thing is that even if the Russian government confess that it has nothing to do with that crime, the actors, in this case, were identified and easy to connect with the crime.

This is the thing, what wonders me. Why those men used poison named "Novichoke"? And why they didn't even try to hide their tracks? Did Russians or the persons, who were behind that action think, that the nobody even dares to say a thing about this case?

When we are thinking about the weapons that were used, we must ask, why those killers didn't choose assault rifles or some normal poison like Ricin? Those things could not so easily be connected to the Russian authorities? This kind of actions is really bad for the reputation of any government in the world. So who gave orders about this strike? Those people, who made this crime didn't operate by their motion.

If those murders would be done by using the assault rifle, that thing could be explained about the personal revenge against Skripal. In that case, the killer could claim that Skribal has made something to self while that man worked in KGB, and then the thing would not so easy to connect to the Russian government.

Sometimes when I think about the relationship, what KGB had to power, there could be persons even in the highest positions in Russian security and governmental authorities would be found men and women, whose career that service destroyed during Soviet era. Those people might have the opportunity to hide their past when the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991.

So could there some person, who has something hidden in the past, what has something to do with Skripal? This kind of things are very important things and this kind of cases must be solved because if some government kills people, who are against its policy, must the other nations give a signal that this kind of things is not tolerated. And if the hardcore killing chemicals and radioactive material can be stolen from the laboratories, that thing can cause risk for many people.

MQ-4 drone has been shot down, and that thing tells that the situation would be very tight in the Gulf area. The MQ-4C is the unmanned recon and combat support drone, and the loss of that system will not cause human casualties.

 So this is why those drones are replaced the manned aircraft in many recon missions, and there is one thing, what is interesting in this shot-down case, and that is, that the flight-altitude, where the missile hit to the target is remaining in secret. Or of course, Iran might use EMP- or Laser weapons for shooting that drone down.

If the drone is used as a decoy, what mission is to collect the data from the Iranian air defense, that system would send the information of existing of that kind of weapons. And this helps Air Force plan it's operations more careful.

When fire control locks on that drone or its camera would notice the incoming missile or laser station, the system collects the data of that weapon aiming systems, and then sends that thing to the base. And those drones would finish their mission, even they are dropping from the skies.

The thing what makes this case really interesting is that there could be other drone losses around the world, but those losses have not reported. So if we would think about this kind of military philosophy, there is no need to even report drone losses, and this makes them suitable for the covert missions. Because there are no human losses, there is nobody who can uncover that mission, and prove the words.

When we are thinking carefully this kind of operation, we must remember, that some of those drones are meant for targets. Their mission is to collect the data of the enemy missiles homing routines and the radar signals, what the enemy uses to find and shoot the target.

When we are talking about dictators, they are all somehow paranoid. And if the family members are mentioned in the secret messages of foreign intelligence would be decrypted, that thing might mean there is a possibility to use them as the carrier of the hoax information. In those cases, the code-key for the messages can send to the foreign operators in purpose.

That means the information, what is in the messages can be made for denigrating the opposite side important people. And in the best cases, the opposite side would make the dirty job themselves. In the war of information, every kind of tricks is allowed, because war is a dirty game. Also, police and other law enforcement offices are using this kind of things to suppress the actions of criminals.

The mission is to make the intelligence operators believe, that the rooms were not safe. And also military intelligence can use records, what is acted by actors, if the data, what has been used is taken from some decrypted message.

That means somebody has been spoken recklessly. And they can also imply, that some businessmen, who operate with opposite intelligence are also taking money from the western military intelligence. If that kind of things is true, there is a possibility, that the eavesdropping equipment has been installed even in the president's personal working room.

Use of Pigeons as the biological spy planes is not new

Before Google Earth, the Pigeons have carried the cameras, and that kind of thing would be interested in the Intelligence services, what were planned to use those birds as the biological recon planes. The idea of use Pigeons for the photo reconnaissance missions was not new, and the thing bases the idea to benefit the Pigeons ability to fly back to their home in the same route where they have traveled to the place, where they are released.

The camera system used microfilms and that was probably a good image from some military or prohibited areas when the Pigeons were released in the right position. Those Pigeons can be released from the modified dispenser units, where the small tank would release, and then the parachute will slow the movement, and after that, the Pigeon will be released when the hatch will open.

In some visions, those boxes would equip with the small "frag grenades", what are small size FAE bombs, what would make those birds the biological bombers. The kill radius of those weapons is extremely high. When the Pigeon would fly over some target, the operator could open the hatch, and drop this small but effective explosive in the target. This kind of things would cause the new kind of threats to the military forces on the battlefield.
