Here is one way to deliver information

1. Power makes paranoid

When we are talking about dictators, they are all somehow paranoid. And if the family members are mentioned in the secret messages of foreign intelligence would be decrypted, that thing might mean there is a possibility to use them as the carrier of the hoax information. In those cases, the code-key for the messages can send to the foreign operators in purpose.

That means the information, what is in the messages can be made for denigrating the opposite side important people. And in the best cases, the opposite side would make the dirty job themselves. In the war of information, every kind of tricks is allowed, because war is a dirty game. Also, police and other law enforcement offices are using this kind of things to suppress the actions of criminals.

2. Disinformation is an effective tool to handle criminals

They might leak the names of the faked informants, who are actually the gang members, and that would cause very serious discussions in the criminal organizations. Also, the western military personnel uses disinformation and trolls to disturb Russian intelligence operations.

In those information and psychological operations the surveillance tapes, what are recorded by using laser microphones are introduced, that somebody has slipped the bug eavesdrop equipment in the room. The modern eavesdropping equipment is a very complicated thing because they are able to fly inside the house independently. Those machines can look like bugs, and when they are slipped in they would turn to passive mode.

3. Modern recon robots could be very stealth

That means the robot will record the speech and even take the film in the room, and when it will take command it will send the records to the satellite by using the bursts. The small-size intelligence robots might also have the ability to read things, what the person writes on the computer screen and follow things, what is going on in the room. If that equipment uses plutonium batteries, it can operate even years in some house r area.

The mission is to make the intelligence operators believe, that the rooms were not safe. And also military intelligence can use records, what is acted by actors, if the data, what has been used is taken from some decrypted message.

That means somebody has been spoken recklessly. And they can also imply, that some businessmen, who operate with opposite intelligence are also taking money from the western military intelligence. If that kind of things is true, there is a possibility, that the eavesdropping equipment has been installed even in the president's personal working room.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies. The metamorphosis in the material can thermally activate.  AI is the ultimate tool for metamaterial research. Metamaterials are nanotechnical- or quantum technical tools that can change their properties, like reflection or state from solid to liquid when the electric or optical effect hits that material.
