Sometimes were claimed that the "Anunnaki" was the aliens, or some kind of secretive group, what was working secrecy and controlled the society of ancient Sumerians with an iron hand.

This thing brought an idea in my mind. If we would sometimes in the future to fly to another star system, we might face the civilization or species, what is in the same technical level with ancient Sumerians. And if we would want to to make ourselves gods to those aliens.

There is a possibility, that we would use the weather satellites to make weather forecasts, which helps those primitive aliens in their agricultural projects. That would raise humans to the level of the god in the eyes of those hypothetical aliens. But this would be another story.
