1. The company would record the phone calls

Machine learning would benefit companies and other actors in many ways. One thing is that the company, what makes sales work would record the phone calls and then collects the database using those phone calls.

Then artificial intelligence would compare the result of the sales speech to the result, what is wanted. The wanted result is, of course, the thing, that the people buy the merchandise. The artificial intelligence keeps a database about the salesmen, who has a perfect voice and would please each group the customers, and that makes possible to choose a certain member of the team to each customer.  And that thing would help the company to use the speech more effective than without artificial intelligence.

The algorithm is searching the length of the speech, and if it complicated it searches the use of the voice of the person, who answers the phone. And that tells the algorithm, is the person really interested in the product. But normally people would not even understand the abilities of artificial intelligence.

2. Algorithms are comparing the telephone calls and results of the calls, and that helps to make a better result

That machine would create the profile of the users, what would buy certain products. And those algorithms can also make profiles of the combinations, what is making certain people buy things. Those groups can be "single living web developers" type sorting of the customers. And those algorithms would also notice if some group of customers would not buy things.

When learning machine makes analyzes it would use many kinds of variables. One thing, what it can analyze is the noise, what be heard in backward. That will tell the artificial intelligence, what is going on in that space. And then it will compare the variables, and if some variables are heard backward when the telephone call is cut. The artificial intelligence notices that the things like the jingle of the dishes are causing the cut of the phone call and that data makes easier to train the salesmen to get better results in their work.
