 Is Boltzmann's brain a good or bad thing?

The term Boltzmann's brain means the creature what has spontaneously born consequence. Or in another way thinking, we must ask is the intelligence the same thing with awareness? The thing is that the third question is that is the creature the same thing with awareness? So is the intelligent creature only the consequence, what is surrounding by the memories? So, in this case, the awareness is the spine and other things, what the sensors are bringing in memory is only the "spice", what purpose is to support the awareness. And then we are going to deep in the mind of Boltzmann's brain. 

The term means that the creature is reaching the level of awareness spontaneously, and that thing makes it possible that the creature would start to defend itself. The thing with the good or bad thing in the Boltzmann's brain is that how that creature is acting to us. When we are asking questions like "is Boltzmann's brain good or bad", we should the same time ask the question "is some poisonous snake good or bad"? When the poisonous snake bites us we know that creature is trying to kill us. So we have the right to defend ourselves. But otherways the snake would also defend itself when it uses its poison to us. And the thing is that the snake would not understand what it is doing. 

So some other philosophers are saying that how we know, what the snake understands? But the thing is that the snake is making the bad thing to us, and that means it's bad for people. Then we are going to think about the creature, which has an awareness that it has reach spontaneously. The fact is that this creature is unique, outside of society. And there is nothing that limits its ability to make things like defending itself. But the fact is that Boltzmann's brains or artificial intelligence are so dangerous as the tools that they have been. And the most dangerous tools, what artificial intelligence can command are nuclear weapons. 

This theme is repeating in the "Terminator" and "Wargames" movies, where the computer, what has artificial intelligence starts the nuclear war. Or in "Wargames" the situation is near-global thermonuclear warfare. But the fact is that the thing that destroys the world in the Terminator movies is that artificial intelligence is programmed to defend its country. 

Some philosophers have introduced that the thing in the rebel of artificial intelligence is that the programmers of artificial intelligence are telling that the president is giving the commands to use nuclear weapons. But they have forgotten that the president is elected after four years. So artificial intelligence thinks that there is a coup going on. 

And that means that the computer must start the actions against the enemy, what is the other side of the nuclear threat. Another very interesting point of view is that artificial intelligence will accidentally start to use some Netflix-type media, and starts to believe that there an invasion going on. The problem with artificial intelligence is that it doesn't know that the things, that it sees are acted. And then it can launch the missiles. 

The problem is that the artificial intelligence understands the thing that it should protect the government, and then it starts to act as the police.  It starts to declare its citizens as the enemy. The artificial intelligence has one thing, what it would not realize. It would have access to the war simulations, and then it starts to create the strategies for the military. And somehow it would start to think that the nuclear war can be a win. Or maybe it can think that the city gangs are the enemy soldiers, what are slip in the country.
