The remote work and open access databases

The image above this text could symbol the modern working life, transferring to remote work leaves the ghost offices for the memory of the past. And the reason, why remote working is the key element in modern working life is that effectiveness is the motto of modern leadership. Things like working trips are the costs and the costs should be minimized because the idea is to maximize the positive- or incoming cash flow. So if the costs like reimbursements for the business trips and way to work can be minimized, that thing brings more money to the cash of the company.

The problem is that hackers can twist the data, what is stored in open access databases, and the thing that makes those databases very important is the working life, where remote working is coming more commonly than ever before. Things like law texts must be found from the confirmed place, where the law can be check immediately when they are needed. Everybody should access the data if it is produced by using taxpayer's money.

The databases and data is the key element of a sophisticated and effective business. The thing is that remote work would increase the need for secured custom databases, and secured and confirmed information. And even if the people would continue the work in offices, things like quantum computers require the new type of cryptologic algorithms, what mission is to protect the data, what is traveling in the network.

The open-access databases and magazines have been made a revolution for science and business. And the sad thing is if that open database is lost. The thing, that science requires is sophisticated, and neutral facts, which are made by many actors. The problem is that if the neutrality of science is dangered, the same time the trust to confirmed and trusted data is also dangered.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies. The metamorphosis in the material can thermally activate.  AI is the ultimate tool for metamaterial research. Metamaterials are nanotechnical- or quantum technical tools that can change their properties, like reflection or state from solid to liquid when the electric or optical effect hits that material.
