ESA Rosetta probe has been found (by using NASA instruments onboard) a comet, which has its northern lights.

Rosetta probe has been discovered a comet, which has a strong magnetic field, which makes the own northern lights for that comet(1). The strong magnetic field is protecting comet the effect of electron and ions, which means that there is a possibility, that there are lifeforms also under the ice of dwarf planets. The requirement for northern lights is that the object has a magnetic field, and the new comet that has its northern lights have been shown that there are more opportunities to find life than researchers have ever expected.

The role of the magnetic field is important to keep the cosmic radiation away from the core of the object, and if the dwarf planet would have a magnetic field, that means that the water molecules would stay stable on the surface of the dwarf planets. Without a magnetic field the particles like alpha and beta radiation, what comes out from the Sun would destroy the water molecules.

And that means the water would vanish, but if the magnetic field is protecting the dwarf planet, that means that under the ice could be free water and that will make the primitive lifeforms possible. So there could be cells and amoebas also under the ice of asteroid Ceres. That asteroid is described as the "ocean world"(2). If there are lifeforms, that thing would be a mindblowing thing, and if those bacteria are similar to fossils on Mars, that means that the most primitive lifeforms on our solar system might have the same source.

So even if the "ocean asteroids" would not have the own lifeforms, that thing allows using those asteroids giant water tanks, and aquariums, where the colonists of the future would grow fishes and algae for food. And they can also drink that water, so even without lifeforms, those asteroids are giving many interesting opportunities for the space travel of tomorrow.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies.
