Why Pakistani nuclear weapons are a bigger threat to India than Chinese stockpile?

The reason why Pakistani nuclear weapons are a bigger threat to India than Chinese nuclear weapons is simple. The conventional strike capacity of Pakistani is lower than the Chinese strike capacity, and that thing can mean that in the conflict Pakistani forces are easier forced to use nuclear weapons if they are in the underdog. The problem with both countries India and Pakistan is that their military forces are not so modern, as their leaders want to believe.

There is no "first-use policy" in Pakistan, and that means that the high command of the military forces is estimating the situation every time, and make decisions about the use of nuclear weapons. But the main problem is that the military forces strike capacity in both countries is unstable, and that means that at least some parts of the forces are using outdated equipment. The thing is that if Pakistan and India go to open conflict, that thing means that if Pakistani forces are losing the combat, that means that the military commanders would use the nuclear weapons against Indian troops.

The Pakistani nuclear weapons are low yield Uranium bombs, which are using HEU (Highly Enriched Uranium) as the fission material. The yield of those weapons is less than 10 kt. that means those weapons are quite similar to the "Little Boy", the weapon that destroyed Hiroshima. Maybe they use the implosion system, which is basing that the ball-shaped structure will fall by using a high-power explosive to the inner ball of radioactive material.

In this case, the radioactive material can be plutonium, but it can also every type of fissile material. The thing is that the low-yield nuclear weapons can be extremely lethal if the radioactive material "salted" by using iodine or cobalt, which causes extremely powerful and horrible radioactive fallout.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som
