The automaton part II

The automaton part II

As you see the robot or independently moving and acting machine-man is not a new idea. The drawing man is a good example, what kind of things a mechanic robot can do without computers. Sometimes there have been created many very unique ideas about robotics and automatons, what is the name of so-called "dummy" or mechanic robots. The thing is that those systems opened the road to modern robots and the difference between automatons is that in the automatons is only one movement, what that thing can do, but in the computer-controlled systems the actions of the robots are more sophisticated than the actions of automatons.

The thing is that sometimes the armies tested automatons as the walking mines, where were hidden explosives. Then the operators would send the robot man or "walking bomb" to the enemy position, and they hoped that this system would terminate the target. During WWII some British officers introduced an idea that they would make the automaton, what looks like SS-General like Heinrich Himmler, and then that thing would be carried to Hitler's headquarters.

Then the automaton would walk in the bunker, and explode the FAE-bomb inside it. There has been introduced ideas about the "automaton general", which body would be covered by light cells or the contact buttons. When the sniper would hit that target, the system detects the location, where the bullet comes, and then the automaton will just run to that direction and detonate itself to that location.

In the 1950s some security specialists made the idea about the "writing man", what's the idea was to deny that nobody couldn't pass that thing by giving money to the guards. Normally that automaton would make paper works, but if the metal detector detects the metal bite, the second tape of the automaton will start to operate. That means that the hidden guns in the hands of that system will start to run.

If we are thinking about the automaton, that thing is the manifestation of human intellect. The control of the mechanic, electric operated analog system can happen by using the punch cards, and there could be many cards, what the system can use for controlling itself. Switching those cards is not a very difficult process and it can be made by the remote control switch.

The "Position 1", means that the automaton uses card one in its movement control. And the second position means that the card 2 would be used. The movement tracks, what is programmed in those cards can be different. The punch card system would be the springs, which is acting as an electric switch. The punch card would travel through that switch, and when the hole is in the point of spring, that closes the electric circuit. The movement tracks of that kind of system could be quite complicated. And this kind of system is immune to computer viruses.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies.
