The automaton: "Digestive duck"

The automaton: "Digestive duck"

One of the famous automaton "Digestive Duck"(1) above this text created by inventor Jacques de Vaucasson (1709-1782) (2) in the year 1739. The question is why Vaucasson made this thing? Who gave money for that device? And why that money was given? Was it made for some kind of early drone weapon? When we are looking at the early robots, we must realize that the real inventors of those devices might be hidden their real identities by claiming that some other person has been made those systems.

At this point, I must say that many people believe that the word "robot" was invented Karel ÄŒapek but it was Karel's brother Josef ÄŒapek (3). The thing is that the word was created by Josef, but the automatically operating system was the old dream for mankind and the mechanical duck was not the first attempt to make this kind of machine.

The small bag of gunpowder would put in that structure. There is a possibility that the mechanical duck would eat gunpowder, and then walk to the powder store pulling the line of the gunpowder behind it. Or maybe the nitroglycerin bottles could be hidden in those structures. That explosive invented in 1847 and maybe this kind of automatons was made after this invention.

Maybe some of these systems will pull the powdery ammonium nitrate explosive wire in behind it. But there have been made many versions of this kind of automaton, and some of them have the combustion engines. There is a possibility that the guidance system, what bases the automatic piano, and the punched tapes have been used to control the electric used models.

Duck robot or other mechanical independently operating the machine has been created an idea, that maybe IBM or some other people created a more advanced model of this robot. There is a possibility that the "modern version" of this mechanical duck would operate by using punched tape and this kind of system could walk in some area. There were two types of punched tape mechanical or thing, which uses light.

The mechanical version would use the springs, what are making electricity go through it in the places, where the hole is, and that electricity would move the feet of the duck. The feet must be connected to the wheel or replaced by the wheel when the wheeled system can get more speed and both of the wheels would have their electric motor. When the electricity is cut the other wheel would not have power, and that turns the vehicle.

One of the great inventions for robots is the electronic computer would give this kind of thing more abilities operating independently. The modern versions of this kind of mechanical automaton can have enough powerful computer that it could operate independently in simple missions. In the modern versions, the robot could drink ethanol for its fuel cells, and the system could also fly.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies. The metamorphosis in the material can thermally activate.  AI is the ultimate tool for metamaterial research. Metamaterials are nanotechnical- or quantum technical tools that can change their properties, like reflection or state from solid to liquid when the electric or optical effect hits that material.
