Why the Boltzmann brain suddenly interest some people?

Why the Boltzmann brain suddenly interest some people?

We might describe "Boltzmann brain" as spontaneously forming knowledge and consciousness. So can somebody make the Boltzmann brains by adjusting the experiences, what the person faces? Can the Boltzmann's brain formed by making artificial memories or removing some other memories? Memories are things, that is making our feelings, and they have a strong connection in our motivation. And if we are thinking things like artificial intelligence the motive is in a very important role in that process.

Programming is a very accurate work. One missed mark would cause that the program would not work, even there are billions of marks. And that means that the programmer must have great professional skills but also very high motivation for making the code, what is used in those algorithms. People who are making that kind of work require high morale because of those applications can be used way wrong. They can be used to remove the privacy of the people, and this kind of thing can be used for good and bad.

The tracking tool can be used by law enforcement and rescue service for tracking "bad boys" or people, who are in trouble, but how we will describe who are "bad boys"? Are they some drug dealers or are they members of political opposition?

If we are thinking about the artificial brains we are forgetting that even the most advanced brains in the world are useless, if they don't have any memories. Memories are things, which are consisting of all data that is stored in brains. So brains are not only the cells or neural structures. They are also experiences and feelings. And the experiences are things, which have very strong connections with feelings.

And data, what is stored in our brains is consisting of our education and other experiences in our history. This term "other experiences" is the thing, that sometimes causes an "interesting reaction", because if the success of some person's work depending on the own will of those people, that means that the experiences of those people are in the key role for motivation in their work.

This thing is always a problem in scientific work. When we are thinking about the "Manhattan project", the creation of the atom bomb during the Second World War, in the key role in that project were working people, who were born in Europe, and some of them made that bomb because they wanted to take revenge for Nazis and Fascists. The reason for that was sometimes that they were violated in Italy and Germany.

That means that those people wanted to work for the Allied side. The thing, why nuclear bombs might be leak also to USSR could be caused that somebody in the "Manhattan project" afraid that the USA would become a new Nazi-Germany. The truth was that there were many social and ethnic problems in that country and the race separation was very common in that country, especially in the southern states. And the things like Anti-communist movement and Ku Klux Klan caused that some people would give the nuclear secrets to the Soviet Intelligence.

But sometimes some people asked the famous question "what if?". What if those bad experiences in social life did not happen? Would Enrico Fermi move to the USA and made the first nuclear reactor in that place? And would Kurt Godel move to the USA, if the "Nazi patrol" wouldn't attack that man in one evening?

The lack of mathematicians caused that German Artillery didn't get the tracking tables for their cannons, and that thing made the impossible to make very accurate cannons. The problem with mathematics is that nothing in that world is pretentious. Those people are making computers and calculation formulas, but that is the work that happens in the back office, and that means that there are so little things to portrait in public media.

But the work of those people depending on their own will. So what if we would create artificial experiences for the people, or what if we can remove some experiences, what happens in the history of that person, what thing that thing mean? That thing could give an extremely powerful tool for some people, who want some men or women are supporting their will. The thing is that if we are thinking about the "Orwell-application" the computer program or algorithm, what can track people, or remove their entire privacy, the will to make that thing depends on the computer programmers.

If the programmer doesn't want to make those applications, they have not existed. But the thing is that the programmer needs will to make those things. There is a possibility, that some experience in the past would motivate the programmer to make applications, which are supporting people like Vladimir Putin. But also things like regular law enforcement are depending on the experiences, what people have faced.

What would motivate people better than an attack on the school road? And what if those people who made that attack will release because tracking of people by using DNA or mobile data is prohibited? Would that thing make enough motivation for people who would make the tracking tools? Think about this, before you justify other people.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.
