The paradox-free time travel and the travel to another solar system

What if we will connect the photon rocket (1) with a "Tipler cylinder" or "Tipler Time Machine"(2)?

Above this text is an image that is painted by David Hardy. It portrays the photon rocket(1). That device would have the ball-shaped "Tipler cylinder" (2) in the ball-shaped chamber, which will allow that the crew can travel between solar systems because that system will stop the time. But if the observer will standing outside the craft, the journey to as an example to Alpha Centauri will take 4,5 years.

The fact is that traveling to the other solar system might be easier than we ever expect if the crew must not come black or the communication between the sender and the crew is not necessary. The system requires the photon rocket where is the "Tipler cylinder" or "Tipler ball" inside it. The photon rocket system would accelerate the craft to 90-99% of the speed of the light, and then that cylinder or the ball would put to rotate with the extremely high speed.

The rotation speed of the cylinder is so close to the speed of the light as possible. That thing means that time dilation is making that the crew would survive in the interstellar journey, but they cannot return their home. The fact is that the "Tipler cylinder" or the "Tipler ball" must-have extremely high rotation speed. And the structure might be broken by the centrifugal force.

So if the ball or cylinder is made by using the material, where is iron, the magnetic field can pull the structure together. The cylinder or ball must have two or three layers. The most in ball or cylinder must be stable and there would be the crew cabin. This ball hovers in the middle ball, which is turning to rotate by the magnetic field.

That is created in the most out ball or cylinder. So the system would be acting like a generator, which would rotate at extremely high speed. But as you know making this kind of system is extremely difficult, and the crew would be on a one-way journey.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som
