The conflict between nuclear-armed states is the worst scenario, what people can imagine
China, India, and Pakistan are all nuclear forces, which makes the conflict between them extremely dangerous. The nuclear weapons are giving big status for those countries, and especially Chinese nuclear weapons are very advanced, and they can strike everywhere in the world. But also Russia and the USA have national interests in that area. That thing makes that area complicated from conflict management.
The growing population along with the increasing need for energy and fuel are the key thing in the problems of that area. The natural resources must feed the need of the entire population and the room for people is ending in China and India, where the overpopulation is the problem. And that means that the new sources of natural resources like oil and gas must found.
When the conventional strike capacity is not enough, the striking responsibility transfers to the nuclear weapons force. And the problem with this policy is that the nation would load more and more defense capacity in the hands of nuclear weapon forces. The nucleus of the military forces would turn to nuclear weapons, which are giving authority to those nations.
And the thing is that nuclear weapons are dangerous tools because every attack can translate to a nuclear attack. If the missiles are destroyed there is no benefit about those systems. So even the overflight of unidentified aircraft can cause that the missiles are launch.
This is the problem with peace, what is made by basing it on nuclear weapons. If some fast-flying military aircraft can pass the defense, it can drop the nuclear bomb to the nuclear base. And the aircraft like MiG-21 is suitable for that kind of mission, even they are poor in air combat against the most modern jet fighters.
If a fast-flying jet is closing the nuclear site, there is only a couple of minutes to decide using or not using nuclear weapons. And if the decision is wrong the nuclear weapons can kill billions of people. If an object that comes from the space identified as a missile the time to make a decision is only a couple of seconds.
Do India and Pakistan have the equipment, what will separate meteorite from the incoming missile in a couple of minutes? When the commander in chief of nuclear forces sees something coming to the atmosphere near his homeland, that person must start the counteractions in the case, where the nation is under nuclear attack.
And sadly the most of the simulations of the nuclear strike begins with the EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse)-strike, which mission is to destroy radars and communication systems. And that thing happens by detonating nuclear weapons outside the atmosphere near the target area. The "Dominic Starfish Prime"-test shows how dangerous the EMP-pulse can be. On 8 July 1962, the USAF launch a 1,4 megaton nuclear weapon out of the atmosphere near Honolulu.
That "Starfish Prime"-test destroyed or heavily damaged electric equipment like burglary alarmers and caused a large-scale electric cut in that island. And other strikes would be done against other nuclear weapons, what mission is to leave the nation without protection.
Modernization of air forces is a big project
The main problem with the Indian air force is that the equipment of that military power is variable, and the Rafale-fighters are coming to replace the MiG-21 "Bison" combat aircraft. The Su-30 heavy all-weather interceptors are the main role in the attack, but other types of equipment like Mirage 2000 and MiG-21 are old fashion aircraft. So India bought 36 Rafale fighters from France.
The Rafale fighter comes in a very big need. The problem is that Pakistan, what is the main enemy for India is the allied with the USA and that thing means that there is a possibility that Rafale would not get its updates in the case of conflict. And conflicts are the cases, why the aircraft and other equipment are got. If some jet fighter or some other equipment is bought from some other country, the thing that people should know is that if the other side of the conflict is some state with nuclear weapons the support for those products is hard to get.
In real life, nuclear weapons are horrifying equipment, which is a good reason for ending the support for some nations. A nuclear shield is a powerful tool and the nations often stay away from conflicts if some of the parts of it are equipped with nuclear missiles.
The problem with F-35 and other kinds of aircraft are that the updates would not be given if the conflict rises between India and Pakistan. And the next problem is the relationships between China and India are not good, which means that the Chinese nuclear weapons would be a good pressure if some nation would threaten it or supports the enemy of China.
And the thing, what makes the situations more complicated in this area is that Pakistan, India, and China are armed with nuclear weapons. So that means that there is a very powerful argument on the table in that area. But the main problem with the nations like India is that no superpower would sell the latest military technology to them.
The Indian BrahMos missile is not the same as the Russian Kalibr and even they are created together, the thing is that those hypersonic weapons need also the support systems, what are the targeting and target recognition systems like satellites. So the thing is that when somebody needs to buy weapons the key element is that the thing that is needed is the entire weapon system. The missile needs the coordinate where it should fly before it can make an effective strike.
