What if electrons would orbit by using an elliptic trajectory?
The form of the trajectory of electrons in the electron cores is always a circle, and when the electron loses its energy, it would start to change its trajectory, and it drops near the nucleus. In that case, the electron would send photons, and then it would load more energy from the nucleus. So if the electrons would orbit elliptic trajectories, that means that they would send photons in every orbit, that material could look like "shining".
Or that light can be extremely bright. The elliptic trajectory means that the electron would change its energy layer every single time when it orbits the atom and if this is possible in real life, it would make it possible to create so-called light-material. So if we would make an aircraft or spacecraft, what can move in every direction and change its course when it wants, we could use this kind of solution.
But the thing is that there would be many technical difficulties that make that kind of solution in real life almost impossible. Changing the electron orbitals to elliptic requires a huge level of energy and the system must send enough photons that they can affect enough large mass of air molecules. This material could be the most fundamental system in history if technology reaches the level, what is high enough, that this project can be done practical life somewhere in the future.
But if that kind of craft can fly in the atmosphere or gravity field, it must create incredible bright light, that the photons would push enough air molecules that they can affect to the craft. The power of that kind of system must be huge, that they can work. But in theory is possible to make the photon engine, which can push enough air molecules, that the craft can fly by using that photon engine.
