The ball-lightning and quantum field

The high-temperature water drop, what is traveling inside the lightning has introduced a thing, which can explain the phenomenon, which is called ball-lightning. The lightning would turn the water drop to high-energetic plasma, which will travel across the air by following the magnetic power lines of the earth. In this case, the ball-lightning is the plasma-ball, not the electric vortex. But is it possible that the real ball-lightning or ball-shaped electric vortex is possible?

The answer bases theory that when the lightning hits the atoms and some of them would get an extremely high electric load. If the electricity will hit the electric core of the atom, that thing would expand the power field of the atom in an extremely large size. So could the ball-lightning be the electrons, what is jumping across the expanded quantum field, which makes it a real electric vortex, and that thing would be the "real ball-lightning"?

Or in some other versions of this theory, the electrons start to orbit the particle by following the power lines of the hyper-magnetized particles. And that thing would make it possible to create the power field, which breaks the ammunition and missiles before they reach their target.

So what makes the ball-lightning so interesting?  If the ball-lightning is the vortex where electrons are orbiting the particle or object in the magnetic core. The magnetic core is the ball, what is around the object, where is so extremely strong magnet that it would make electrons orbit on that core. That thing would open the door for creating things like power fields, what mission is to destroy and deny the ammunition hit to target. This could be the thing, that makes ball lightning so interesting.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som
