Have the robots of tomorrow the same rights as humans?

Research of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and self-learning Intelligent robots and advanced computer technology has been rise the question of what is the description of life? Is the aware robot what acts like a living organism the thing, what should describe as an organism, what has the same rights as humans.

If we are thinking of the machine, what emulates feelings, we might say that the machine just emulates those things. But then we must realize that the world is full of people who are not showing their feelings at all, and how can we think that some machine only emulates them?

And how we know that the person next to us does not just act, that they even care what they are done even they say "sorry"? Most of us have been in a situation, where we are saying politely that we are regretful, but we don't care anything about what we just said. In many places like hotels and restaurants, the crew says many times in the day that "pardon me" or "we polite" when some people are sitting around a reserved table and they must change their place.

Same way, when some robot what has an artificial sense of touch can say that it is sorry if it pushes something. The artificial sense of touch is quite easy to make. The thing requires artificial skin where is the metal bites. The system can use contacts, which means that when the robot touches something, the metal bites touch each other in the two-layer structure.

And otherwise, the inner trunk of the robot can sue laser-LEDs or radar to mater the changes in the distance of the rubber layer. The inner trunk must just cover with radar transmitters what can meter the distance of the metal bites or RFID sensors and of course, that thing can be used to make 360 degrees radar images of things around that machine. When a robot notices that it pushes people, it can say that "I'm sorry". That thing can compare with dolls, which are saying "mother" when somebody pushes their stomach.

The system is acting the same way in those robots, which are using artificial intelligence. When the robot notices the form of the human, it says that it's sorry. And interactive artificial intelligence might have millions of words and word connections that it can use in social situations.

Can intelligent Von Neumann robots fill the description of the living organism?

The fact is that if we would have the intelligent Von Neumann-machine, what can make unlimited copies of itself, it can be undead. The quantum computers and versatile artificial intelligence with advanced machine learning can make the robot probe more intelligent than a human, and that robot can make copies of itself, where it transfer its memories and programs. Von Neumann-machine or self-replicating machine is one of the examples of the things, which can make a perfect or 1:1 copy of themselves and it can also transfer the memories to the next generation of those robots.

So that kind of robot can be the base of the robot civilization. And if the robot is aware that means it will protect itself and its mates, as well as living organisms, are protecting themselves. But the fact is that even the human race doesn't want to say that some walking metal can is not living and it would not have any kind of rights.

The fact is that we can tell that kind of thing everywhere until we are meeting the robot what tells that it's a very sensitive thing, and when we are at the front of the laser gun of that robot, we might have two choices. We might accept or deny that thing. And the fact is that we have ever at least officially met the intelligent robot that is not created by us. And officially we have no contact with robot civilization.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies. Metamaterials are nanotechnical- or quantum technical tools that can change their properties, like reflection or state from solid to liquid when the electric or optical effect hits that material.
