Racism is one of the worst things in science and other working life
If some respected scientists would turn racist that thing causes very sad things in society. Do you know what racism makes to society and the community in the working places?
That thing just rotten the atmosphere, and destroys the ability to speak freely between people, who should dare to communicate freely and dare to be open. When we are looking at things like racist trademarks, we are forgetting, that even those things are not disturbing me, there might be people, who would hurt about that kind of thing, like using the name of their ethnic group in the trademarks.
This kind of thing is one remaining from colonialism and that means they must be removed from markets. But when we are talking about racism, that thing is problematic, because many racist would even not understand or realize, that their way to act is racist. When we are meeting racist, they are always telling that they have a "critical point of view", but in fact, that thing is always, that they don't tolerate different looking or different people at all.

Structural or silent racism has replaced traditional or loud racism
The ethnic and structural racism in the USA is well known in history. The background of that thing is in the liberation of slaves after the Civil war in 1863. When the government of Abraham Lincoln released black slaves they forgot to accomplish those reforms.
One reason for racism is that after the releasing slaves had very hard to get jobs because they didn't have anything, which proved that they have existed. Many of those people ever marked in the church books. And that meant they were not officially existed.
Slaves were released, but the land stood in the hands of white people. And that meant that the slaves were born, and this thing caused that black people were hard to get good jobs. The universities and other places were paid, and that isolated the black people from the white majority. This kind of thing is connected to the thing, which is interesting. That is that if certain companies are mentioned in the working history. That meant that the person did not get the job.
And that kind of thing was observed by the Ku Klux Klan (1). If the "non-tolerant" people were hire, that caused that the orders from that company ended. Or the business premises of the company could be destroyed. Also, the employers of some companies got little "tipsy" that they should leave from the area, or the rifle bullet would end their life.
Structural racism is the thing, which means that certain studies are reserved only for white people. And the thing about how that thing is made is that the price of the training is so high that the poor people cannot pay those payments. And most of the poor people in the USA are Afro-Americans.

Why people are racist? (Ethnic street gangs are always racist, and the ethnic separation makes those organizations easy to follow their members)
Racial separation is common in ethnic gangs, and that thing is a very good tool to tie people in criminal activities. At the first recruiter would be cheated to attack against some people, and then that thing makes them find protection from the group. When we are talking about the ethnic gangs, we must realize that the Ku Klux Klan in one ethnic gang like some Mexican mafia or "the 52 Street gang" or part of Hell's Angels. So the question is, why people are participating in those organizations? If the members of the organization are representing only one ethnic group, that makes easy to separate them from other community. And recruiters of those gangs might claim that they are protecting their community.
The same way we can ask, why some people are joining other criminal gangs and the thing, what makes a person recruit to Hell's Angels makes people recruit in the Ku Klux Klan. And here we must realize that we should stop to think the Ku Klux Klan as the political organization. We must start to think that this organization is only one criminal group as some motorcycle and other gangs are. And we should stop romanticize the KKK. That organization is similar to some "52 street gang" or Mexican mafia.
Racism is the thing, that is always not tolerated. But there are still many people, who are writing almost every time only negative things about ethnic minorities. And then they will go to buy guns to protect themselves, and this thing is always causing the problems because guns are giving authority in the streets, which is an intolerant thing. At this point, I must say that the Ku Klux Klan is the synonym for every racist far-wing radical group in the USA.
The problem with people like members of the Ku Klux Klan or KKK is that they are sometimes attempting to force people to join their movement. If somebody would walk or discuss with people, who was a member of the different ethnic groups, that meant that KKK members just swiped those people with baseball bats.
The reason why some people are joining that kind of organization is that they feel to get friends from that kind of thing. And the other thing is that sometimes have been happening, that the KKK has been ordered people to pay their membership payments, or their houses might be burned, or if a person would be got the job without the mark of the Klan, that might cause little "accident" in the working site.
There are two kinds of people in the world. People who are realizing that they have probably the wrong attitude, and they want to fix those attitudes. But there are also people, who don't realize that things, what they are doing to other people is wrong, and in that kind of case, those people might even shoot or in the worst case explode some shops, where was not followed the race separation orders.
