The accumulation of a business environment is making large companies stronger than ever. The large companies have more volume in recruiting campaigns than small companies. The thing in the large companies, what is acting in a multinational environment can offer more benefits to their workers, than small companies. 

And that causes problems for small companies to hire qualified persons like chefs if the company is acting in the restaurant industry. The problem with restaurants is that their raw material can be used only at a certain time. If there are no customers, that means the raw material or groceries must throw to garbage. The loss of raw material is sometimes very high, which increases the expenses. 

The problem with things like quarantine is that the big companies, what are members of some chains are more permanent against economical problems like loss of customers than small companies. And this causes the business environment would turn more homogeneous. The homogeneous business environment means that there would be more and more companies, which are members of some chain or company clusters. The loss of customers causes small independent companies like restaurants would face bankruptcy and the thing that remains are the large chains of restaurants. 

The thing is that the big chain restaurants can sell a couple of restaurants or their business premises, and that would bring money to their bank accounts. But if the company is a member of the company cluster, what operates in the multiple industries, that thing causes that the financing for the company is guaranteed always, and even if the restaurants are closed the cluster of companies what would have the business like supermarkets would guarantee the incoming money even if one of the sectors, where that company acts even if one industry is closed. 

And that makes the cluster corporations, what is operating in the multiple business areas and multiple countries so effective. That kind of business architecture guarantees the incoming in every situation. The term "business architecture" means a form of company and other tools, that are used for earning money. So the description for that term in the company, and the public, and how to operate between stakeholders and the other actors like the community, where a business locates. 

But when the company operates in multiple countries, that opens the new heaven to the stakeholders. Company what can operate in multiple countries can make a different kind of contracts with the workers in every single country. And if they are facing things like a strike in one country, the money can be transferred from other countries. If the cluster can have multiple industries, that thing can make it invincible in the conflict between it and other companies or companies and a labor union. 

If the labor union acts in one country, the company will earn money in other countries. That means that the strike cash of the labor union would be ended sooner or later. And even that kind of thing doesn't happen, the accumulation of the business environment would cause that the position of the large employers is going stronger.
