Black Holes are not static or kinetic things.
The thing in the Black Holes is that they are not static. The transforming of the Black Holes itself is slow, but when there is no material, what will feed the Black Hole, it starts to vaporize, which means that it will start to release the particles back to the universe in the form of photons. In this time the Black Holes are getting more material all the time but at the end of the universe, there is no material, which can replace the lost mass of the Black Holes.
Large Black Holes are vaporizing slower than small ones, but at the end of the time, when all material in the universe is gone that thing will turn to reality, and the Black Holes remain long after the last stars. But also Black Holes are interacting with their environment, and also other objects are pulling Black Holes to them. But those objects are the most powerful and dominating particles in the universe.
The question is are Black Holes growing? And logically thinking if the Black Holes do not grow the size of the singularity that means that the material, what is pulled in the Black Hole must go outside from somewhere. Or if the material will stay inside the singularity, the area where the escaping velocity is higher than the speed of the light, that should mean that the singularity would grow, until the all material from the universe is pulled in that object.
But how much material is found in the universe? The fact is that the largest entireties in the universe are formed by the smallest particles. And that means that the largest known structure in the universe is the universe itself. At this point, we can start to think about the universe as the giant nebula of hydrogen. So if we are thinking about the end of the universe, the Black Holes would delete all material from it.
The thing that the growing Black Holes are sooner or later pull all hydrogen and other atoms inside it has brought the one really interesting idea in the mind of some researchers. That thing is that the universe is a Black Hole is one of the most fascinating theories of the form of the universe. That is called as "Matrioshka theory". There would be internal universes what are the Black Holes for each other.
But what happens if the Black Holes are deleting all material from the universe? The thing is a little bit absurd because there should be some material, where the effect is targeting. So the only thing is that the Black Hole is starting to vaporize because there is no material, which can feed it, and that means that the Black Hole is starting to turn flat.
Normally the transformation disk, what surrounds every Black Hole is sending so much energy that it can push the singularity in a certain form, but when there is no transformation disk and electromagnetic radiation would impact Black Hole nothing would limit the transformation of the singularity to flatten. The loss of material means that there is no resistance to that singularity.
And at the end of this text, I must say that this thing can happen only far away in the future. That requires that in the universe would be not a single atom, which means that this kind of thing can happen when the last stars are lost their fuel, and there are no neutron stars anymore.
