Benzene could be a good source to make the large layers of graphene (1)

1) Benzene what would spray through the sodium steam could make possible to make large layers of the graphene. 

The idea is to use benzene (C6H6), where there are six carbon atoms and six hydrogen atoms. If there would be some way to remove the hydrogen from the carbon ring, and that would make possible to make the pure carbon ring. In this case, the extremely thin layer of the benzene would be spry on the layer, which wanted to cover by the graphene. Then the hydrogen would be pulled out from the benzene, and that would be the perfect way to make graphene.

But the problem is that the hydrogen must be removed, and sodium would be one solution for that thing. The benzene would be spray through the sodium steam, or the steam might be made by using some of the alkali metals, which are famous because of their ability to tie hydrogen. If the hydrogen would be removed from the benzene, that would make possible to make the large layers of the graphene. When the layer would be covered by using the pure carbon rings, the laser could lever that layer by removing the extra layers of carbon rings.

If that technology would work, this kind of thing would revolutionize the material research. The other thing would be extremely thin, atom-sized stylus, and the benzene molecules can surround that thing. Then those molecules would lay to the layer one by one. The idea is that the molecule itself would be ionized and then the layer, which has opposite polar of electricity would pull those ionized molecules on it.

2) If the hydrogen would be removed from the benzene ring, that thing makes possible to make the pure graphene ring.

Nano technical composite armor can make possible to make revolutionary space and military systems. The new type of composite armor is basing the material, which is called graphene. This term means the one atomic--layer of carbon. Under that layer would be the other single-atomic layer of the metal or boron, and between those layers would be installed the atoms, what are separating those layers. That means that this kind of armor would be extremely lightweight and it can bee covered the spacecraft, vehicles, or aircraft. But the problem is how to make enough graphene.

Production of the large layers of the graphene is one of the key questions about this kind of thing. There is a possibility that the graphene bites would shoot to layer by using the ion cannons. The small about millimeter-sized bites of graphene would shoot to the layer side by side, and sooner or later the system would cover even large layers, but this thing takes time. But there is a possibility to make the small bites of graphene, and the system could like paint that material over the layer, but that thing requires quite advanced technology.
