How to make successful WARP-engine?
What if we will hybridize the WARP-drive and fusion rocket?
In this solution the fusion would give energy to the WARP system. WARP-drive (1) is an excellent thing for long term space missions, but the system requires electricity. And that means the WARP must be hybridized with other rockets or engines, and in this case, the most effective solution would be the self-sustaining fusion motor, which would produce the electricity for the craft, what uses this very effective motor system. Even if that system could not cross the speed of the light, that thing could accelerate the spacecraft near the speed of light. And that kind of engine would give the spacecraft extremely high capacity also in the missions inside the solar system.
The interstellar ramjet would be the answer to the interstellar travel, but the problem is that the speed of this kind of rocket is lower than the rocket, which uses antimatter as the fuel. If the researchers could create the interstellar ramjet and make the self-sustained fusion reaction, that thing would make it possible to travel to Alpha Centauri, and this rocket would not need external fuel. The idea of the interstellar ramjet is that the craft would pull the ionic particles from the space in the tube, where they would press by using a magnetic field, and after the craft, the lasers would ignite the fusion reaction behind them. But how to make that thing produce more energy, than the system would pump in it.
What if the system uses antimatter as "spice", what would sometimes increase the power of the fusion. When the energy level in batteries would turn low, the system drives a small piece of antimatter in the fusion reaction.
That thing is the artificial star, what would push the craft forward. If that kind of system could create more energy than it uses the solution for the energy problem of the interstellar spacecraft would be solved. But the problem is how to make a fusion reaction, which will give more energy than the system pumps to it? And in this case, we could think of the possibility to combine the interstellar fusion motor with an antimatter production unit.
In this case, the system would pull also electrons or protons in the chamber, where their spin would turn, and when the energy, what is collected from the fusion reaction would turn low, the small dose of antimatter would increase the energy production. That will refill the batteries of the spacecraft. So, in this case, the antimatter is produced along with pulling the ions inside the tube or track, where pressing the ions together happens.
The energy production of the spacecraft is a very tricky thing, and the energy is in the key element when we are talking about things like WARP-drive. The magnets of that thing would require high voltage electricity, and this is the reason, why the WARP-drive must be installed in the spacecraft, where is some other method to create electricity.
