Can we always flex and please others? (Writing about ultimate capitalism)
Today is time to talk and think about the thing, what is knows as the ultimate capitalism. We are seeing in history thousands of innovative directors, whose name has been raised the symbol of advantage like Henry Ford. That man created the assembly line, and that allowed to create the cars by using the method, where the worker should make only one work and movement. This man manufactured the first serial produced automobile, T-model Ford from the year 1908, which made him the ultimate genius.
And this same thing has raised that man as the symbol of ultimate capitalism. If the worker made things slowly in his factory, or otherways worked against the benefit of the company, that caused failing. The simple work made possible to replace the worker immediately, if somebody rebels against the rules of the company, what made the position of the owners very strong.
But the economic depression in the early 1930s and mass unemployment caused the position of the owners of the companies, what used the assembly line would be turned very strong. The thing that people needed money caused that many students were left their studies or needed part-time jobs, and the working in assembly lines was not needed a long education, and that allowed that there were lots of workers who wanted to come to work. And part-time jobs like cleaning were suitable jobs for students.
When we are looking at the working life, we must realize that employers have the right to tell people, what kind of workers they want to work in their companies. And if the employee doesn't please the boss, the leader of the team has right to kick that worker, who would not adapt in the ream away from the company. That thing is not the right of the leader of the team, that's the duty if someone would not want to follow the orders and instructions, what the company has been given. If the person is always against the boss, that means that the new employee must realize, that adapting to the way of work is always the way to keep the job and get higher positions in the companies.
When we are thinking about persons like language translators, they can be replaced by algorithms, what would not say a word against the leaders, and would make teams homogeneous. And if the corporation would train their workers self, the salaries would be kept low, and the thing is that that would make easier to create the worker team, where the member of the team is really easy to replace by another one. This is the idea of the conveyor belt, what Henry Ford invented, and that thing made that man the billionaire. But the when we are thinking about the conveyor belt in the ICT-business, we can understand that there has been made tests, where the programmer does only one thing in the program, and because the programming happens in the cloud environment, that means that those programmers can work at home.
Then the team leader would search the code, what is made and if the programmer cannot do the job, the passwords would be taken. This is one version of capitalism. Sometimes some people ask questions about why the big directors of the corporation have guts to kick people off their working place? The thing is that the big bosses have the educational requirements, and during that process, those people would be turned or correlate to think that they are deputies for the owners of the company.
The only thing, why the company exists is to bring the profit for their owners, and that's why those leaders and directors must think, that their mission is to make things roll. And here you might think, what happens during the correlation or education. Those directors would see the workers brotherhood, while they are making their summer job. And that would make the legends like Henry Ford and Lee Iacocca born.
The thing is that enterprise managers must think like hardcore capitalists are caused that something happens in their life. But when we are thinking about working life, we must realize that nobody is perfect. We cannot always please other people even we would want to think about that. This is the fact in life and every case, we must remember that there is no perfect job. We cannot every time flex, and that thing creates legends.
