Artificial intelligence and brightness of the stars
Artificial intelligence can follow the changes in the brightness of the objects, and that system can also connect every data, what has ever collected from some area in the Universe. That allows seeing also the short term changes in the brightness of certain stars in giant star clusters, even the astronomers cannot separate one single target from the cluster of thousands of stars.
Those changes in brightness would take only a couple of minutes, and the period between the eruptions can be years. The artificial intelligence would observe multiple targets at the same time by collecting all data, what is collected from some area by using telescopes, what are different sides of Earth.
That would help to choose targets for planet hunters, where they can turn their extreme large telescopes. The thing how the search the planets is done is similar, what is used in the hunt of asteroids. The smaller telescopes are taking images, where is seen multiple stars, and then the system waits for the change of the brightness, or make spectroscopic analysis with multiple stars in the same time, what makes possible to use water maser emission in the multiple stars.
The emission happens, when the star would tune hydrogen and oxygen atoms to send the radiation with their frequency, that means that there could be a habitable planet orbiting that star. But the thing is that also water worlds are giving that kind of emission, and the thing is that the water covered planets might have an atmosphere, what is poisonous for humans. The water worlds would maintain the lifeforms, what might look like fish or some other water animals.
Water planets and SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) program
The thing in those water worlds is that some of them might have islands. And another thing is that if the planet covers by the giant oceans, those sea areas will make it cooler. The star would cause the forming of the clouds, and that cloud layer effectively absorbs the radiation, what comes from the star. This means that the water planet might locate near the center star. And there could be mountains what would form islands. So what if there would be intelligent lifeforms. Could they be curious, and climb to some of those islands, and would they have the ability to use suits, where is the oxygenizing system?
If we think that those aliens would need weapons in raising of drylands, they might just open the water tanks below the surface. Then when they open the ventilates, the water impulse would hit the target. And as you might notice, this is the topic in many SciFi tales thing straight from Hollywood, where every explorer must have guns. Those things make possible to put a little bit more action in those films.
But let's go back to topics. When we are thinking about intelligent civilization, what could be the lifeform, what is living in the sea, we must remember that intelligence is an ultimate tool for creatures, what might have gills. That thing might give limits for their life on the dry land, but there is a possibility, that those hypothetical aliens would use the inverse versions of the diving suit. In this hypothetical case, the alien would simply create the suit, what is filled with water, and that allows them to operate on the drylands, and create the artificial fire.
Of course, they could benefit the volcanic eruption holes for creating metals. But if we think the intelligent civilizations and creatures, maybe they would be curious. That means those underwater aliens would make the explorations to the drylands, and then they can fly to space by using spacecraft, what cabin will be filled with water. That kind of hypothesis is a really interesting way to spend time in the nice morning.
