When we are thinking about the Westend city area at Espoo, we must think about the possibility that the person who was behind this area Arne Grahn, who have planned that district might have plans to create creative people. Or actually, Arne Grahn didn't make those plans alone. He hired an architect to make those things. The thing or thoughts that the creator of that area might have extraordinary thoughts are caused that this person was the doctor of medicine. That means that those people might have strong knowledge of genetics, and that man spent many years breeding the Finnhorses.  There is information about that man and the architects, who are planned houses and other structures like a water tower, what I handled recently. So when we are thinking about things like strange-looking buildings and especially the water tower, what I was written recently, those buildings might have a purpose for stimulating the imagination. If we would take a closer look at that building, we might notice that the pylons of dish are put right in the right place, if we think that this would be the flying machine. In the flying UFO the center would be the main engine, and round it would be the auxiliary engines. But the reason for that might be a good imagination.

But when we are taking a closer look at the actions or work of architects. There is a possibility, that those people will operate under the heavy influence of somebody else. There is two possible to make that thing. One version is that somebody sits at the next to the architect and tells, what to do. And another version would use so-called white noise. In the last case, the user of white noise would simultaneously repeat, what the architect should do, and this kind of things makes those things interesting.

So what would be the purpose of this structure? When we are thinking about things, what highly trained people are saying about their motives, inspiration and other things, we must realize, that those people can think something else what they tell to others. When we are looking at strange-looking houses and other things, they are adjusting our imagination for creating new things. And do you know, how many times some people are playing things like some wargames around those structures? And they are bringing in the mid of people some kind of flying vehicle.

Some UFO sightings have also explained, that person, who has taken some drugs, is believed that they have seen some humanoid spacecraft. But when we are thinking the form of that structure, what has claimed to take from "Jetsons" TV-series, that thing is extraordinary. And of course, there are tales about the radio-transmission, what mission could be adjusted human brains to create more connections by increasing the voltage in the nervous system. There is no proves about that kind of thing, but this building would be given some people inspiration for starting to create new things.
