Companies as part of business life

We all want to be leaders of the big companies, and of course, that kind of thing is really important when we are thinking about a career, what we might do. And in the experience of the leading position of companies are important, when we are searching for very big positions in the big companies. That's why some people are establishing own companies because they want to show their management skills and make a network. But the thing is that before we are establishing any kind of firm, or we start to lead any kind of things in business life, we must know exactly what the company is.

The definition of the word "company" is that thing is a combination of service and product, what purpose is to make a financial benefit for the owners. Of course in SOAP (Service Oriented Application) service itself is the product, but service is also thing how the product is delivering to customer.

And if we want to make a successful business, we must have the necessary skills for that sector of business life, what we have chosen. This is the thing in the successful business. If we make a bad job, we must pay damages and that kind of things are spoiling our reputation if we sometimes want to seek a job as the leader of big companies.

In the working life is billions of people, who are chosen the wrong career, because of their first experience of some jobs is bad. The person can be a perfect chef or perfect person for customer service, but the bad experience in the first contact with working life would turn studies to law schools and another kind of things, and that thing is really sad.

But if we establish a firm, we must make a backup plan, because sometimes people who don't know right people are not getting customers. Good professional skills are not enough when we must get contracts. Selectors of subcontractors of big and well-known companies are getting thousands of offers in a month, and the thing is that those actors seem good in the CV:s of the people, who are working in some other company.

And that kind of contracts is a good opportunity to make social contracts and increase the social network with the leaders of a well-known company. So that's why some offers are getting buried in the Email boxes. This is the reason, why we should get somebody, who would recommend us for those people. But if we do bad work, that thing is maximizing damage, because that person might lose trust for our skills and ability to handle problems and projects.

Following the law is always important because as you might know criminal registration is not a very good recommendation in any position of business life. And also we must realize, that we must not increase corruption or somehow use unethical methods in business. They are bad for reputation, which is a more and more important thing in business life because people are sharper with things, like ecology, humanity, and another kind of things.

If the conditions of product things are unethical, that thing would uncover on the Internet very soon, and who wants to buy the product, what would cost lives in somewhere. Also, things like cartels and other illegal methods in competitions are very soon uncovered. This is the reason, why we should consider our training. If we would have some else training what is suitable for business life, we must realize, that somebody would start to make reports for cartels.

Things like sports clubs are nice hobbies, but they are causing so-called "conspiracy theories" about the cartels, which means contracting prices between the companies. And if that kind of things would uncover, the result would be extremely big penalties and long court processes. This is one point of view to business life.
