In the richest countries live poorest people

The reason why I write this text is the rising temperature of the Earth. Even if we would decrease the level of production of carbon dioxide radically in the Western world, there is a possibility that African countries would make themselves the countries, what are tempting investors by promising softer regulations for creating carbon dioxide and other pollution. That thing will be a great article for the industry, what directors would not feel the responsibility of their way to earn money. And who cares about things, what happens after 100 years?

Many African countries are very rich with their natural resources, and when those countries are making contracts with Western companies, those contracts bring very much money to those countries. But that money ever benefits normal people. The ridicule of faith is that the nations, what have the richest natural resources have also poorest people in the world.

And that kind of things is remarkable when we are looking at the targets for investments. The reason for the bad economic situation in those countries is corruption, which means that most of the benefits of the selling natural resources like oil or minerals are staying to the hands of the political elite.

And most things, what those countries are buying from foreign countries, are military products. But there is another reason for the poorness of those countries, and that thing is that when those countries are selling something to foreign actors, the money what those countries are earning is returning to the bank accounts of western nations and companies. The reason for that is that those countries are buying everything from foreign countries. They would buy the maintenance for the water supply from the foreign operators.

And that kind of contracts, where the basic infrastructure of the country is maintained by the foreign company. That thing would make the country very vulnerable for the influence, what comes from the companies, what is connecting to that maintenance work. If everyday actions in the electric and water supply are giving to the foreign actors, that will guarantee the profits for those companies, and of course.

The leading class of the country would earn very good money, because of the bills of those contracts would give handling money to the top officials. But when we are looking at the economic and educational structure of those countries, the top men of those governments are trained in western universities, where the government and the families of the trainee pay the payments and costs.

But I don't know what kind of other educational structure is in those countries. When we are thinking about people like electricians and technicians, I don't know what kind of training those people have in that kind of third world nations. The bad situation of democracy, what those countries are also well-known is the reason for rich natural resources.

Those resources allow paying payments for the mercenary soldiers, who are protecting the government, or who would pay their salaries. And the mercenary soldiers are supporting the leaders of the areas, where the natural resources are easy to benefit. That means that in the places, like the Democratic Republic of Congo is many governments, who are getting support from warlords and mercenary soldiers.
