Hierarchy of needs and the purpose of life
We are all heard about Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and how it is connected to the marketing. The thing is when organic needs like food and getting clothes are satisfied, the needs are replacing by another need, what are luxuries and merchandise. But if we would not want to think about that kind of things as the materialistic way, we must think that, when we are facing person, who has been in the bad condition in the life, we might think that when the basic needs are satisfied and that person would stand in the own feet, that thing would turn to will to help other people, who have been in the same conditions.
The "Lucifer-effect" what is the will to become like an idol or the person, who has used power to the individual has many times negative mean. The person who has faced violence in childhood would sometimes turn to violence while getting the same position, what the violent person has got to the victim. But there is a so-called "mirror effect" of that terrifying effect of psychology. That opposite effect is that when a person faces a good thing and meets an inmate, who helps people, would that cause the will to become a good person, who helps other people. So the name of the opposite version of the "Jesus-effect".
If we think that the "Lucifer-effect" of psychology would get positive meaning or effect in that kind of cases when the alcoholic would be helped, and have success to find the own room, and get out from streets, that means that this kind of positive experience would turn that person will help other people, who have been in the same condition. So in the "positive Lucifer-effect" or "Jesus-effect", the need to get everyday needs satisfied would expand to need for influence entire society.
And maybe that person would take the third step, and get the level where an inmate could turn to make an effect on the entire society. I always have written about needs of motivation in every kind of situation, and when we are talking about education and disappointments, we might remember some cases, where we have faced the "cold reality" that our boss doesn't like us.
That kind of things is very embarrassing situations when some person would start to yell that person, who is ranked under that boss, and then the attitudes to the new workers in those places are something else than nice and supportive. In those cases, the negative experience creates a will to take the proper training, and higher education seems nice in the eyes of other people.
So in those cases, the motivation of returning to schools is very high, and that means that the person would want to take the position, what is higher than the field boss, or whatever those people are called. The negative experiences would give the motivation for becoming something, what is bigger and better than just being below some wise men.
When we are thinking about the situation, that somebody would give revenge for those bosses, I must say that let them be. The worst punishment, what they can get is that in someday, those people are playing with wrong cards, and then they must fail some close friends of them. That means that when the henchman, who has given a couple of bottles of booze to the boss for a job must kick-off because the work is not done, that thing could cause terrible problems in private life of those people.
