The effect of remote working

What if the workplace of tomorrow is the laptop computer?  That laptop would be delivered to the worker when the person is elected to work? The companies would not have physical offices at all, and every worker would do their jobs from a remote position? That kind of thing would make it possible that companies can save money from the premises, which makes the remote work very attractive. 

The reason why we are afraid of the advantage of artificial intelligence and remote work is that thing removes one layer from the working place. The thing that the remote work would cause is that traditional offices are turning unnecessary and companies do not need offices, that kind of thing would drop the incoming of the property owners, who invested in the business environment. Remote working means that the person can work 40 hours per week, but nobody sees that thing from outside. That means a person can work from home or even from foreign lands by using mobile applications. 

In remote working the artificial intelligence controls, that the person, who is making the files, would be the person who should do that work. So the computers that the company is giving to workers can be equipped with the face recognition software, which controls that the person who is doing the job is the person who should do the job.

In traditional working environment is three main layers of workers. 


1) Highest leaders of the company. 

Those people are making strategies, what the company should follow, and their mission is to make sure that the profit, what company makes is the highest possible. The purpose of those leaders is to oversee the benefit of the owners of the company. And they are always calculating that the company gives the highest possible profit to the owners. So that means that their mission is to remove every possible unnecessary payment from the company. And the remote working means that the office and their rents are turning to bills that are not necessary.

2) Operative working leaders

Those people's mission is to supervise the work of their henchmen. And they also give instructions to their workers. But in modern working life, those people also remove a person from the working place, if there are problems with the work. The requirements of the ability to independent working have caused that the operative work leaders are not so necessary in modern working life than in the past.

3) Regular workers

Those people are making the jobs of the company, and their mission is to work independently. So the requirement for independent working means that the layer of operative working leaders is not necessary for any model of the working life. The help can call by using E-mail or some instant message programs.

The remote-working is the next version of independent and effective working. 


So who would go to find a new job if the company would change to remote working? The thing is that the middle-class or so-called operative working leaders are the persons, who would turn unnecessary. 

The workers can read themselves their instructions, and the thing is that there might be not the middlemen between the highest leaders and the regular workers. And that thing makes the remote working difficult question. 

If we think that the workers must work independently anyway, the remote working is the end of the road of the traditional working. In modern working life, the prime element is independent and effective working, which means that the worker should make the jobs independently are they working in offices or at home.
