There is a possibility that the highly radioactive material would be stored in the canister what "sends the gravitational waves". When the condensate would send to that element it would decrease the temperature of the radioactive material. 

And when the condensate vaporizes, the expanding of that canister would send the pressure wave through the air. There is a theoretical possibility that this thing can give so powerful pressure impulse that the craft would start to hover above the ground. But is this craft real or only theoretical solution remains a mystery?

There is a possibility that there has been made tests hovering the craft by using the radioactive radiation for giving the thrust. There is no proof that those tests to fly by using radioactive radiation, but the ion engines are operating a similar way. They are sending the ions in the opposite direction from the movement like normal rocket engines.

But ion engines are more dangerous because they are using Alpha particles for giving the thrust. Here I mean that every gas ion is acting like an Alpha particle, which is mostly the Helium nucleus. But heavier particles are destroying DNA more effectively. And that thing makes ion rockets dangerous if they are used in the atmosphere.
