The ideology of the "Black Sun" and "White Sun"


Where all Bachelor of Business Administrations are coming from, and why we have motivation for studies? 


The symbol of "Black Sun" is causing discussions, because it was used by Theosophical league in the early 20th century. The truth is that this thing is the behavioral training model that was created by Rudolph Steiner in the late 19th century. 


The idea was that the "capable person" would be surrounded by people who had some opinions, what the trainer wants to highlight. And then those people start to keep monologies to that person, who is middle of them. "Balck Sun" means the level where a person can't make the things by themself. 


That means that during the Black Sun period, the person would be the receiver of the information. But when the person would get enough information and other motivation, the set would turn around and the person would start to create own models of the things and start to introduce them to others.

-Would just repeat what trainers are saying


-Are very shy to introduce their ideas


-They are working under the control


-A person would not "shine"



2) "White sun" period


-The person understands what people are taught to that individual


-Persons would make their writings and introduce their ideas. 


-They are working independently


-They are starting to "shine"


So the idea is similar to fusion experiments. In this training model, the data is the energy, which is loaded to the object, what is like fusion material would store the data and start to process it. Then suddenly the person starts to produce their data.

Why does the rookie want to be better than the masters? 


In this model, the trainee would rise above their masters. The reason for that is the will to get respect. The idea of the ring is that the person feels that situation a little bit nervous or threatening. When a person comes into society as the new actor, that means that other persons would act hostile to those people. 


That thing creates motivation for being better than the people people who are working as trainers. The thing is that the period is the interaction with the group and trainers. Both sides are giving something to each other. And the trainee would bring something new to that team. But being an outsider brings the motivation, the will to be better than trainers. This thing would bring respect for that person. 


The other persons would start to tell their trainee things, what they would not otherwise mention. And then the person who is in the middle of the ring would start to "shine". That means that the person would rise above the ring, to level, what those trainers would not probably reach. And that thing would pull the skills of the person to forward. 


In the past person would get the lectures and other things. But studies are not independent past in the life of the person. There was something, that made a person go to school, and gave the motivation for finishing the studies as the graduate. Something that happened in the past motivated for studies. During the studies, the training teams in the workplaces are not separated from schools. 


There is built some kind of model in the mind of the student what kind of things they can expect about the workplace during theoretical lectures. And the workplace has also right to expect something from their new trainee. 


The training team would bring new information to the trainee in the multi-professional and multi-cultural environment, and the trainee would connect that data to the pre-training, what that person gets. So that thing would make the new type of data. The model what that training team brings to the student is the model what that person would benefit in the working life.
