The microwave-based flying system does not always look like a jet engine

But there is one benefit that the microwave rocket and other microwave engines have. The benefit is that those crafts can hover silently above the ground. And they can rise even to space.  Above this text is the image, which portraits the lamp. The microwave-based system can look like a little bit like this. The idea is that in the cup, what is below the craft would load the water or some other liquid. 

Then the microwaves would heat that propellant, the system would start to hover like a balloon. That kind of high-tech balloon can operate in some areas without any noise. And there can be connected the plasma-jet engine, which will use the ionized gas for the flying with high-speed. The air can be ionized in front of the accelerator, which is accelerating the ion flow. The system could use the opposite rotating high-power magnets for creating the thrust for the high-speed flight. 

The cup can be filled from water for the silent flight. And if the high-speed flight is needed, the system can just empty the cup. The magnetic accelerator can put over the cup, and the electric arc system can be above the accelerator. So this can be one version of the space system of tomorrow.

The electric- or ion engines make it possible to make silent rockets or shuttles, which can operate as well in the atmosphere and orbital trajectory. But those systems can open the road to the solar system if the electricity of those systems can create by using some kind or other methods than nuclear reactors.

One version is to load the electricity to the vehicle by using the MASER (Microwave Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation)-rays. That means that the electricity can be transmitted to the craft by using radars, but the thing is that the aircraft must have visual contact with the transmitter that transfers the electricity.  If the electrons, what radar transmits conducted to the capacitor, this kind of system would turn every aircraft to stealth or invisible in radar.

The thing is that lightweight capacitors can store extremely high voltage electricity. And the thing, that is called the "free-electron" capacitor can make the "green ion-rocket possible" Basically free-electron capacitor is the magnetic bottle. The idea is that electrons are pushed outside the walls of the bottle in the middle of the bottle. And then they are conducted to an electric circuit. 

The electrons are stored in the system, where they are hovering in the magnetic field like in particle accelerators. And the idea is similar to the magnetic bottle, where the antimatter is stored. But in this case the system stores normal electrons. And if we are thinking this case from the interplanetary or interstellar traveling the same bottle can be used as the antimatter storage. 

The microwave engines and their benefits are well-known a long time ago, but making the functional system is difficult because of the need for energy. The need for nuclear power is made those systems unable to operate. Sometimes has been introduced an idea that the aircraft would shot outside of the atmosphere by using the conventional rocket. And then the electric systems would be loaded by using RAT (Rapid-Air Turbine), which is the high-speed windmill. The idea is simple, the aircraft would launch to the ballistic trajectory, and then when it dives to the atmosphere, the wind generator starts to rotate. 

The microwave engines 

The microwave engine is the engine, where the combustion is replaced by using the microwaves. Microwaves would heat the propellant, and that would give the thrust for the vehicle. NASA has been introduced the microwave engine, which will revolutionize space and other aviation technology. 

This kind of system can be used as the photon rocket and at the first acceleration stage, the engine will use liquid hydrogen as the propellant, and then the engine transforms to use pure microwaves, which would give the craft higher specific impulse. And that thing makes it possible to make the spacecraft, which will travel almost the speed of the light.
