The new actor in the global area is China 


Almost monthly we can read about things what has been happening in the South-China sea. The thing is that China's overseas base at Djibouti(1) has probably created for serving the long-range operations of the PLA has been shown that the western nations have wake little bit too late. When the Soviet Union fell China started the modernization of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). 


The USA has sent the aircraft carriers to that area for showing its military presence in that area(2). The rising power of China is causing the USA must turn the military focus to the Pacific ocean. The thing that causes that thing is the rising and modernized strike capacity of the PLA (People's Liberation Army) So because the military resources of the USA are limited, it must locate the military equipment and men to new positions. When we are talking about the rising strike capacity of the PLA, the new weapons that came suddenly in the knowledge of western intelligence caused the situation, which came a little bit suddenly. 


The thing is that China wants to increase its influence and effect on the international playground. Sometimes there is claiming that the power of China has grown over Russia, and there could be strategic plans in Beijing, about the military alliance between China and some other countries, what is surrounding the Pacific area. 


The thing is that China's new Xian H-20 stealth bomber(3) is the worst nightmare in the western military, and the thing is that this kind of weapon needs the overseas bases for its global operations. Also, China wants to operate with its new nuclear-powered missile-submarines(4) all around the world. This kind of things is causing that the USA must start to notice it's Pacific allies more intensively. 


The problem with this kind of advantage, where the new actors are coming in the global area is that the resources of the global environment are limited. So when some new actor comes to an international playground, that decreases the influence of traditional superpowers the USA and Russia. 


So the ideal thing would be that China has a couple of overseas bases in Africa and South America, which offers support for those long-range operations. The thing is that the situation, where new seriously taken threat or counter player is coming strong in some area is causing the panic reaction. The thing is that China is not the only new power that must be taken seriously is causing new scenarios about the Far-East area. And of course, India is also wanted to rise the new power actor in that area. 


The problem is that China is not a western-style democracy. And during history, China has been introduced as the "second class" superpower. But time is changing. And new challenges are coming to global areas.


The reason why those nations are marketing and introduce their space projects is that this way those nations would get the new data about the guidance and control systems of robots. And that data can benefit also in the new combat robot development. The thing is that China and India can operate things like FOBS (Fractional Orbital Bombardment Systems) are causing that the new players are in the global playground. And everybody wants to be the "number one" superpower in the world.
