If some computer program claims that black people are making more crimes than others, we must realize that there might be something in the data source. There is possible that there are living many certain type people, and the reason for that is that there is the prison in that area. If most of the prisoners are black that would raise the number of black criminals in the nation. That mistake can be caused because the area is marked as the "typical area" because there lives a certain number of people. 

And nobody has noticed that there is a prison in that city. For making analyzes for the people's behavior the artificial intelligence must collect the data from the databases. The number of people must be high enough that the results can be transformed into the common case, but the number of people must be limited, that artificial intelligence can search entire data, what is needed for creating profiles of the people. 

The question can be transformed into a model, that is it possible that the cancer clinic would send more cancer patients than regular health centers? If we would use only the cancer clinic as the data source, the system can report that almost every person, whose age is above 40 has cancer. This means that the source of data can affect the resources. 

Can artificial intelligence create new things?

In this case, there is a possibility to create artificial intelligence, which creates things like buildings and other things themselves, if we would give little assistance for artificial intelligence, and the problem is that making the right decision the artificial intelligence would need the right information. When artificial intelligence would look for the house, what is filling the standards of the thing, what the client is looking for. 

Then the artificial intelligence would search the things, what is needed to know, as information of the building instructions, formulas, and materials, what is allowed to use in that place, and then the artificial intelligence would start to transform those things by using the database of the things, what are allowed to make in the certain place. And of course, the computer needs data, what pleases us. 

The artificial intelligence must know our right opinion about the things, what that system would introduce to us. In that case, the system would follow, how our brains are reacting to the things, what artificial intelligence would introduce us. The automatic system would detect the differences in the functions of the brains, and that gives it the information, that pleases us. This would make possible to avoid the mistakes of the pressing button can cause. In this case, things like the need to stop the process too early, or willing to just press the buttons, without even noticing the screen. 

If artificial intelligence would be used in the process, where the person selects people, who are pleasing them the artificial intelligence can follow the position, what the eye of the person looks, and then the system can give more similar photos. After when a certain number of the groups of pictures have been shown the system can select a perfect person.
