The thing, what is interesting in the research and development of the technology. 

In the picture above this text C-119J "Flying Boxcar" returns the capsule of "Corona" satellites. The capsule involved the film and camera of that early reconnaissance satellite and the similar capsules are still used in the remote-controlled micro- and zero-gravity tests. The remote-controlled miniature laboratories are returned through the atmosphere and the test results can be analyzed on earth. Those laboratories are equipped with manipulator arms and cameras, which have microscopes. This image has brought in my mind the thoughts, how much technology has been changed from the days of "Corona". (1). 

And there are many secrets around the world, what somebody wants to keep secret, and this is why the new and more effective reconnaissance satellites are under development in many countries. But there are secrets, that cannot uncover by using satellites. The mission of intelligence is to get information, what opponents don't want to share, and cut the wings off the rumors. 

One of the examples of this kind of thing what are feeding rumors, is the question, why the doctor, who first reported about this virus arrested? Did that person said or wrote something against the government? There are many things in China, what the government wants to keep secret, but the question is why this epidemic wanted to keep secret, or maybe that arresting has something to do with some other things like democracy movement. But when we are thinking about the secrecy, we must realize that the secrecy, military personnel, and police actions are feeding rumors and every time, when people are facing governments, what is not playing with open cards, they are starting to believe things, what is not true, or might seem like imagination. 

The problem with relationships with China and Russia is that those nations have extremely large marketing areas. And the natural resources of those countries are huge, which means that the leaders of the European Union and North America want to be friends with those countries. And the thing, what makes this kind of relationship problems is that when the Western actors are making products in those countries, they are giving the top class military technology in the hands of Russia and China. 

But there is something, that people don't realize in this kind of process, where the military forces of China and Russia are introducing the new "toys" every month, and this is the thing, that is alarming. The thing that makes this kind of news alarming is that NATO and other actors are not reacting. These kinds of things are causing the thoughts that the NATO and the USA are using Russia and China as the eyeballs to turn the public eye away from those countries' military development. 

So the technical advantages of the military systems are making a new role for some systems, which are been useless in the past. That kind of thing is the high flying aircraft, which can drop small-size precision-guided weapons to some areas. In the past those 2-3 kilogram bombs were useless, but the GPS-guidance makes them lethal. And the quadcopters that can use automatic guns like sub-machine guns are bringing in the front of the eyes of people the possibility, what is ever predicted. This thing is that ever before jet-fighter or satellite has not been a threat for a single person. 

By using image recognition and satellite communication those systems can in the same missions with snipers. And that will make them very lethal and dangerous equipment. The problem with those satellite-controlled killer-drones is that they can be made by the private actors and the secured data links and communication tools are making it possible to operate those things from the remote bases or even from the public library by using virtual interfaces. 

The problem with that kind of system is that similar systems are used also in scientific missions and researching the remote areas of the deserts and jungles. Those drones can throw to the areas from the doors or airplanes, or dropped from satellites. Researchers use drones to undercover the secrets of shamans and other things. 

They can collect the ash from fireplaces and after that, they can be collected by using the butterfly net, which is installed under the cargo planes. In the 1960s that kind of system was used to collect the film capsules of the "Corona" satellites, and even today the test capsules of satellites are sometimes recovered by using that kind of system. The drones can fly in the V-22 "Osprey" (2)VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft, while the are hovering above the area. 

And those systems can be fully remote controlled. Those systems cause discussions because they can be very easily misused. This is the thing in technical research and development. Every kind of technical systems can be used in many missions. 

They can save the lives of the researchers, but the same systems can be used also in the assassination missions, and the reason, why those systems are under the development is that the operators don't need military training and the mission can be kept under secrecy. Those operators cannot tell a thing about their missions, because there is no evidence about that kind of operators.
