How to boost psychological mass-effect?

Bosses are also humans, and they are acting as people have taught them. And teachers in the universities and commercial industries are teaching new leaders what is right and wrong. People must realize that if we are yelling to workers, those workers are learning that this is the only way, how to act in the leading position of the corporation.

During this process, they are transmitting the knowledge and attitudes, what they are learning from their teachers and real-life operational work leaders. And this is the thing, what we should think about our behavior sometimes.

There is one way to make people trust themselves, and the thing is the preparation people just claim that persons, who are born in a certain year are more intelligent or otherwise superior to other people. And in this case, this thing can be the method, how to get people will accomplish missions, and in this case, astrology is acting as the cover for psychological manipulation.

This kind of method, where the philosophers claim that the gods or stars were favorable for the person made that Alexander the Great left to war. And who would not want to hear that person self would be an excellent leader. And we want to cherish that kind of thing in our mind. And this is one of the things, that we are calling "I want to believe".

Believe is one of the greatest things in the world. When we are lost our faith, we have no hope. Sometimes people are claiming that we are surrounded by the stories of success, but then we can also think that there is one thing, that we have ever thought. Those things give us hope, energy, and faith to make our dreams true.

Stories, where regular people have climbed to the top places of companies, are told as an example, that regular people can do everything if there is enough energy and will to make those things. If a person who has a Ph.D. examination would not get top place in the company, that means that electors don't like that person. But if the person has no education there is something, that can tune better, and that thing is education.

When we are looking at our bosses, we must ask, do those persons want that someday we will lead them? 

Model learning or "Lucifer Effect" means that a person imitates the people, who have authority to them. So if the bosses are acting some way to young workers, the young worker will copy those leading methods to own behavior. A young worker is not young all his life, and if that person will become the boss, the behavior of ex superior will transmit to the next generation.

Or where do you think the bosses like Lee Iacocca and Henry Ford have come? Somebody taught them those leading methods that made those company leaders well-known.

When we are willing to get something, what many people don't have, we must dare to make those things. And that means that we can always follow the rulers of the people, who are leading us. Or we can start to think about the motive of those people. Do they want some person, who is worked as their henchmen become to their bosses?

The trap of social media is that everybody is looking good in there. But the reality might be different. And when we are meeting somebody in a real-life business meeting or job interview, that person wants to show the best sides in that meeting. But was that thing just acting or was it real? Time shows, how that person would fit in the team.
