The theoretical cosmic megastructures like "Alderson Disks" and "Dyson's Spheres" (or "Dyson Sphere") are magnificent things, like sending the spacecraft to space. The idea is actually that the structure called solar ring will also use as the giant centrifugal sling. The name solar ring means the giant solar panel, which orbits the planet and sends the energy to that planet by using the radio- or microwaves. 

The solar ring would be a miniature structure in comparison with the "Alderson Disk". The solar ring would orbit a single planet, and we haven't built even that thing. That ring can also be used as the centrifugal sling if there is a layer, which orbits at a very high speed. The spacecraft will put on that layer, and then it will send to journey. But the megastructure called "Alderson Disk" can also be used for that purpose.  

The "Alderson Disk" can use also as the centrifugal sling, which will send the space probes and space crafts to the journey with extremely high speed. But the megastructures are magnificent things, and they are causing the hypothesis that is it possible that some civilization can adjust the power of their sun? This might feel somehow impossible but theoretically adjusting the energy of the star is quite easy. The needed thing is extremely large structures, which are impossible to make. 

Those structures might have generators between the layers, which are rotating in opposite directions, and if they are someday possible, they can make many things possible, what we have thought as an imagination. The systems might have the ability to transport even the entire civilization in the time. This thing requires that the structure will orbit or rotate with the speed of the light. 

But the idea of adjusting the energy production of the stars will happen by using the "Dyson's Sphere". In this time the "Dyson's Sphere" will be the tool, which is used to collect the energy that the star transmits. The energy can store in the giant capacitor system and then transmit to the star which will get extra energy from that process. Normally the "Dyson's sphere" means the giant ball-shaped space station, but there is no limit to the size of the structures in space. 

So theoretically the entire solar system can be surrounded by the structures that are offering space for the species. Those structures might also equip with generators, which are between the layers, and that thing can create extremely high power electricity. This kind of hypothetical megastructures are things, that might be real in the distant future.
