Can some civilizations move stars without artificial black holes?

Actually in theory moving a star is quite an easy thing. The civilization must just create a stable flare in the direction of the star, which is on the opposite side of the direction they want to travel. Stars are plasma balls, and plasma interacts with the magnetic field. So the creature, who wants to move the star must just put the real powerful magnet in the right position and that thing can make the jet, what acts like a rocket engine, and if that jet is powerful enough, the star is starting to move. And that thing makes it possible that the creature would travel through space comfortably because their home planet travels with them.

But how human can benefit from this thing? The fact is that if some water asteroid like Ceres is starting to travel to Earth, we should put the nuclear weapon in the right position under the ice. And then the nuclear explosion would push the boiling water to space. That thing can move Ceres away from its if there is an ocean under the solid core. But a similar effect can be made by using powerful laser rays, what are making the jets, what are starting to affect the position of that asteroid.

Maybe someday we can move moons like Enceladus by pointing the laser to its core, and then the vaporizing water would start to move that moon to a different position. Will we make that thing someday? The fact is that there is a massive storage of liquid water under the core of the icy moons. And that thing can use in the colonies of tomorrow. Or that water can also be used to save the oceans of the Earth. What we do in the future is open, but the fact is that sooner or later humans will make colonies on the other planets.

What if the civilization will destroy itself, but its descendants would find its equipment and start to use them?

Low-tech civilization, what can travel in space can be dangerous because it cannot know, how to fix their crafts. The reason why some kind of civilization would make that kind of thing could be the nuclear war, which destroyed the ability to make technical advantages of that civilization but left the spacecraft able to operate.

One of the most interesting hypothetical civilizations is the low-tech civilizations that can travel in space. Civilization could be the phoenix-civilization, which benefits the technology of its ancestors. This kind of version of the intelligent race is one of the most interesting and at the same time the most dangerous versions of the hypothetical civilizations.

In that hypothesis, civilization would destroy itself or its society in things like nuclear war. Then the descendants of those creatures would one day find the spacecraft, what their ancestors have created. Then those creatures would start to use those spacecraft, but the problem is that they cannot form those systems. They are just users, but the working spacecraft, what can fix themselves might allow that those creatures start to fly with them in the universe.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.
