The newest MiG, The Mikoyan PAK DP, or MiG-41 can shoot down hypersonic cruise missiles.

The Russian military has been published information about its newest 5++ or 6th generation fighter called PAK DP, and the name of that fighter will be MiG-41 if everything goes right. But when an engineer makes the work, there are lots of tests and calibration to do. And filling the permissions like shoot down the hypersonic missiles require lots of work. But PAK DP is a very interesting thing in the aircraft technology of the future.

And that thing would be a pack of artificial intelligence that is boosted with highly advanced missiles and probably directed energy weapons. The newest MiG design MiG-41 can shoot down hypersonic cruise missiles, says Russian media. But the road from theory to practical models is long and making this thing true requires very much research and development work.

The computer programs are hard to make for that kind of system and the intelligent elements have a key role in making that kind of abilities true because the aircraft must aim the missile to the right point in a very short time. The speed of the hypersonic cruise missile is extremely fast, and the system must calculate the impact point of the missile or directed energy weapon by using very high accuracy.

The thing is that the hypersonic cruise missiles can shoot down, but the fact is that this kind of thing requires very good aiming of weapons of the fighter plane and reactions, that this kind of thing is possible. But in the practical world, this kind of action is quite difficult. Russia has given quite little facts about its newest fighter concepts, but the fact is that this kind of thing is the tradition in that country.

So if everything goes right, Russia will have the most advanced jet fighter by the year 2030. But as we know many things can go wrong, and the fact is that the new technology needs time to test. But PAK DP is an interesting concept anyway.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials.
